Did you guys hear that a lightning bolt struck a tree where Caylee's remains were found?

Just hours after the judge over the murder trial, surrounding the death of little Caylee Marie Anthony, made his final statements during the sentencing of Casey Anthony, Mother Nature decided to make one of her own.

A tall pine tree in the same area where Caylee's remains were found was struck by lightning Thursday afternoon.

The tree, which is roughly 60 feet tall, was struck about 20-feet from the top. The strike left two 5-foot burn marks and exposed white bark down the side of the tree.

The tree is about five feet off the pavement on Suburban Drive and the memorial is another 10 to 15 feet beyond that. Yeah, I think it happened about the same time Baez was on TV saying that Caylee would never have wanted her mother to be put to death for this.

Usually has a history of behavioral and academic difficulties, yet "gets by" by conning others. Problems in making and keeping friends; aberrant behaviors such as cruelty to people or animals, stealing, etc.

Not concerned about wrecking others' lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed.


Promiscuous Sexual Behavior/Infidelity
Promiscuity, child sexual abuse, rape and sexual acting out of all sorts.


Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle
Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future, poor work ethic but exploits others effectively.

That definitely sounds like they are describing Casey. Her cruel and criminal behavior won't stop either. She might be better at hiding it for awhile, but it will only be a matter of time before she doesn't feel like she has to hide her true self.....and then, Lord help those that are close to her!

I haven't read that yet...thanks for posting it...I'm going to read it next.

One thing that bothered me...the judge treated this jury well. They went to special dinners, lunches, special entertainment provided for them, group trips, etc. The jurors said they felt like a big family...like cousins.

This makes it that much harder for them to disagree. They don't want their "new family" mad at them, they don't want to argue with each other.

I think the way the jury were allowed to socialize and bond with each other for six weeks was a huge mistake.

So I just read the article from Macia Clark. What a good article. She really provides a lot of insight. I agree with her 100% on all that she wrote. Thanks for sharing the link.
