I think Roy is very credible. The defense is trying to prove that Roy removed the body so the prosecutions forensics about the body are not credible. It is a stretch on the defenses part and they havent proved he removed the body. |

Interesting he believes they will put her on the stand, and she will hold her own, goes again to say, what a “good liar” people say she is. This tape is really worth hearing a couple of times, thanks for posting it. |

I am so brokenhearted for this family! No matter how many mistakes people think they have made (which we really don't know the facts), the whole thing is awful!! Did you guys see how George paused for awhile today when asked if he had told "River Cruz" that this was an accident that snowballed? He was squirming VERY badly and had a hard time saying no to that question. They are grieving the loss of their precious granddaughter that they cherished and also facing the possibility of their daughter as well. (Video is a few months old) |

I saw this video on YouTube, look what they’ve been going through for more than a year at their home. To some people they weren’t doing enough to find Casey. |

I just keep praying that Casey decides to be completely honest and to start telling what really happened. I think it was an accident that should have never happened and that she was WAYYYYYYYYYY too nonchalant about giving her baby drugs to get her to sleep. I believe what the bounty hunter said happened.....it makes me sick that it really did happen. As a mommy myself, I cannot imagine giving my children ANYTHING like this! I take it EXTREMELY seriously just giving them Ibuprofen when they are sick. I don't like giving them any medicine, if I can help it. Maybe her lifestyle and immature personality had an impact on this type of decision. Are they saying that she supposedly gave Caylee the Chloroform in a shot form? That's another thing that boggles my mind as a mommy....I could NEVER force a needle into my children! :( I cry when the doctor gives my kids shots. |
I will not be waiting for Casey's true confessions...ever! Just watching her joking around yesterday turned my stomach. Something about her smirk just made me cringe. I don't think she has any feelings of remorse at all...incapable of it more than likely. Typical sociopath. |
One thing i have never understood. If I remember correctly it has been said that Casey had been using Zanny the Nanny for awhile according to some report or video, by her own words. If the grandparents were so close to their grandchild (and they certainly seem to have been close) why they never met the so called nanny? About George and the alleged affair. He might have been getting comfort from her. Many times a death of a loved one drives marriages apart. He seemed really uncomfortable on the stand when questioned about it. He sd He did not confide in anyone. That could be taken 2 ways. That he did not confide the truth to anyone, or there was nothing to confide. |
Totally looks evil in that picture w/the link. |
Did anyone hear that the prosecution has called rebuttal witnesses from Cindy Anthony's place of employment? I swore I heard that...but cannot find anything online about it. |

Honestly, I don't understand people who think what she did is ok...I don't care how much she loves her daughter...she was under oath...and if she lied should be charged with perjury. |

She also may be justifying it all in her heart if she truly feels it was an accident. I don't know.... |
Two of Cindy's employers are on the prosecutions witness list for their rebuttal case. I can't imagine they will testify tomorrow though... the defense hasn't even rested their case yet, have they? |
I haven't been able to watch any of it, and frankly don't know if I'd want to. The whole thing is just heartbreaking.... :( It's hard for me to imagine any mother doing that to her own child..... |

I would do just about anything to protect him from harm. What I will not do is make excuses if he breaks the law. Enabling is probably part of the reason that Casey is who she is..not saying it is all the parents' fault; but it sure does look to me like they have been part of her problem...not part of the solution. |
The very best way to learn from anything is to deal with the consequences ourselves. Lying and covering for things our loved onces do doesn't really help them - it just perpetuates bad behavior and the wrong doer is once again bolstered in the bad behavior and learns there will always be someone to get them out of it. Well, almost always. Sometimes the enabled person does something so horrific even the best "covering" isn't sufficient. But after a lifetime of being covered, will Casey Anthony learn from this and understand finally that loved ones cannot always get one out of one's messes and start to grow up? Probably not - she will probably just be angry with her mother for not being skilled enough to help her this time and her mother's apparent lying will all be for naught. |
I was watching HLN last night and they went to the site where Caylee was found vs. where that guy who was on the stand searched. It was like 40-50 feet or something like that. I didn't get to see the testimony, but did the prosecution address that the video shot was NOT the exact location that she was found? Also, didn't Lee contradict his mom's testimony about sending the investigators to the search area or did I hear that wrong? They did mention that people Cindy worked with would be testifying. I hope she didn't lie on the stand. You would think that could be easily proven. I don't know why she would risk it. |
This is DAY 31 OF THE TRIAL....... THE SAME NUMBER OF DAYS LITTLE CAYLEE WAS DEAD AND NOT REPORTED "MISSING" :rip: CMA  |
I just can't imagine anyone doing that to their little one. I would running crazy thru the streets screaming my head off if mine were missing. |
All I can say is that it is good that this little one is in a better place now. The poor little thing must have had a tumultuous life with the mother she had. Her grandparents were probably the most stable relationship she had in her short life. It's very sad really... |
Very sad. I really feel for Geirge. |

I get to watch a little bit in our break room at work. She's so irritating! All these people are being put through hell because of her!! Just tell us what happened to your daughter and you'd probably only be charged with negligence! GRR! |
I am so proud of George this am! Finally someone did the right thing (the hard thing) and told the truth about this horrible situation! I have seen dead children brought into a hospital w parent (s) lying about the abuse/neglect child was subjected to that caused death at the hand of a parent or boyfriend in the home. George renewed my faith in mankind! |
