Haley and Casey are my favorites now.

I like Scotty but he just gets on my nerves. He almost looks like a comedian doing a "country singer" act. His twang in his voice and his facial expressions are too much!

i dont like those suits Paul wears with the Roses on them. lol. i did like his last preformance, not Maggie May, but the song he sang on Wednesday. all of them are good now, but was happy he was the one to go.
i just started voted and am planning on voting from now on. i voted for James, Lauren, and Casey. Jacob and Stephano are my least favorites now. then Haley. Scotty i know is good and will get alot of votes from the young girls, just dont like that country style.

J-Lo doesn't just sing at her shows, she dances and entertains and most people want someone who is good and puts on a great show. I have always liked anyone who is a little bit different. For example, I really like that little lisp Buble has. I like Casey because he's different and really talented. Is his voice perfect? No, but neither are a lot of the entertainers I like and I think that might be why I like them. Just my 2 cents for what it's worth.

Then you wouldn't enjoy a George Strait concert....Because that's just what he does....90 minutes of listening to George is great...he doesn't need to rely on gimmics, move all over the stage. The greats such as Sinatra, Striesand....had such great voices that's all that's all they needed.

And that unique little catch he has before he sings a line is rather interesting. I like Paul very much but I think it was time for him to go. It will be a blessing for him if he truly does have nodules in his throat. That could be taken care of with a little rest (think Ashlee Simpson) or surgery (shudder think - Julie Andrews)

I am surprised that Stephano didn't go home since he was one of my picks for best performance on the first show but he WAS in the bottom three!

I don't think we need to worry about individuals placed in the bottom three from now on. There are only seven left so the bottom three will be nearly 1/2 of the whole group!

Did you catch Casey asking about being in the movies like Jack Black? I think he would be GREAT! In fact I think I'd rather see him a an actor that can sing than a singer that can act. LOL.

I still want to see Jacob and James go home. (Do you think I'm getting too old to appreciate some forms of music?) (I don't like country but I do like bluegrass and country rock.)

Haley drives me nuts and I can't put my finger on it. For some reason, I really like Jacob. He sounds the same each week and it's definitely not the style of music that I prefer to listen to, but I do believe his voice is perfectly in tune each week. I definitely don't think he'll come close to winning though.

I agee with Jacob....but, James....with his affliction, the young man gets into the zone when he begins singing....

I'm not a heavy metal fan....but, James didn't yell it, he sang it...didn't rely on all the accustics to the point you can't hear words or music....

If Haley sings like she did last night she could be a contender....

I love Scotty....just has a comical face......very Howdy Doody.

You hit the nail on the head with that one ROFL!!!! I just close my eyes when he sings LOL...Yes, I agree if Haley continues to sing like she did last night she's very much a contender! My faves are still Lauren and James!
Paul did a great Maggie Mae performance but glad he's gone!

I don't think Pia had a connection with her audience and a great singer needs that. Sinatra certainly had a connection. Just MHO.

I'm actually shocked that Paul went home considering where he is from. I don't particually care for him but I did like him singing maggie mae.
