Donating YT 11K Club Member | I made dinner!!! Oh man I'm so proud of myself! lol I made a Mushroom cream sauce Chicken dinner tonight for the first time and it came out really good! Then I added asparagus to it for a side. One of my new years resolution is to try new things..like recipes, etc since i barely know how to cook. Do you have any good recipes I can try?

| That sounds yummy. I'd like that one. I love to cook, but never seem to find the time to. I keep telling hubby if I had a gourmet kitchen I'd cook more. Here is a yummy side dish I make with pork or grilled chicken: 2packs frozen spinage mushrooms (I buy the ones in the jar.) bell pepper chopped onion, medium 8 oz cream cheese pack shredded cheddar pack shredded parmesan dash garlic powder Heat oven to 350. Mix together all but spinage. Then add spinage and put in baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and cheese. bake for 25 min. |

| Here is a simple good receipe, always is a big hit here: You need 1lb boneless chix breast ( cubed) 1 Can cream of mushroom soup 1 Can Chicken Broth ( soup size) 1 Package Of Stuffing in the bag 1 8 oz sour cream Brown your chicken cubes in a frying pan with a little olive oil salt and pepper. in a seperate dish add sour cream and cream of mushroom soup, mix together and add the chicken. Put in a caserole dish, cover with Stuffing mix , Poor the small can of chicken broth over the top, drizzeling it over back and forth , bake 350 for 45 minutes... serve with cranberry sauce..

YT 2000 Club Member | Congrats! I know way back yonder when I first started cooking I was pretty over whelmed at times with all the spices and such, but as time went by and I became more familar with it all I found the joy in cooking. Keep it up and you just might become another Julia. I too loved that movie.

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | Good for you!!!! I know how exciting that feels. I'm trying to expand my cooking horizons. Macaroni and cheese, ramen noodles, and eggs will only get me so far in life.

| At my work, The Food Network is one of the few approved channels that we can watch, and because of it, I swear I'm a freakin' chef! I have been spending all my money at Bed, Bath, and Beyond in their kitchen section buying every little utencil possible! It's so much fun cooking for my family now! I'm telling you, watch that channel and in no time you'll want to cook everything under the sun!

I'm going to make this today. It sounds delicious! I have 3 chicken breast already cooked, in the freezer, so all I have to do is the other stuff. How easy is that!! Thanks! Do you bake this without a lid?
