You need

1lb boneless chix breast ( cubed)
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Can Chicken Broth ( soup size)
1 Package Of Stuffing in the bag
1 8 oz sour cream

Brown your chicken cubes in a frying pan with a little olive oil salt and pepper.

in a seperate dish add sour cream and cream of mushroom soup, mix together and add the chicken. Put in a caserole dish, cover with Stuffing mix , Poor the small can of chicken broth over the top, drizzeling it over back and forth , bake 350 for 45 minutes...

serve with cranberry sauce..
