We don't use any cards it's cash or check (well one for travel/emergency), once you've had one stolen you learn to hate them. I do try to write out everything I can and have ID out by the time I am being checked out. I have written checks at the end of the belt, on the handle of the shopping cart, etc. But if I can't find a place to write or the person behind me looks over my shoulder I won't. If the place has carts I always put it behind me in line, that allows me space. A couple times someone behind me has walked right up to the spot to pay along with me and I just look at them and say Oh are you paying for mine too? Then they get a look on their face and step back.

Seriously! Like signs at the Dr's office now saying "Please wait behind this sign till you are called". Sad that we need to actually say that, what happened to common courtesy and waiting your turn???? Some things truly are personal!

But I really dislike when I am driving, and there is someone riding there bicycle on the road, when there is a sidewalk right there! It really pushes my buttons!

Why can't people put posts and threads in the correct forum! It's just gonna get moved and it'll be harder for us to find it later. Am I the only one who gets annoyed by this?

How come know one knows how to spell "shih tzu" correctly? It's Chinese it means lion, you don't pronounce it like the s-word, pronounce it as "shee".

This one drives me INSANE! Especially where I live, there are hundreds of miles of bike paths all over the place... they are made FOR bikes and yet you choose to ride your bike on the road IN rush hour traffic nonetheless. My other pet peeve is that they don't follow traffic laws on the bikes in the road either. If you are going to ride your bike on the street, at least follow the traffic laws! I really think bikers on the road are more of a hazard than anything.

Yeah I get annoyed by this too. Like the ones that say "vote for my dog" and they arent in the voting thread lol.

LOL, I am assuming you aren't Chinese that's why it doesn't bug you as much as it does me. It's pronouced shee-tsuu. The "t" is ever so faint.

Yes the "vote for my dog" threads. People taking it too seriously, really no one is gonna win up against the animatronic bear looking thingy.

I feel evil for complaining about bikers, but they really drive me crazy. I hate that they act like pedestrians OR vehicles, depending on what suits them. So they don't obey stop signs, but don't yield to people on the street either.

Ahhh Oooo, I'm guilty of some of the things I've been reading. Especially the one about writing checks! Eek, I've never used a debit card and don't even know how if I wanted to. Please don't hate me ladies but I'm old school.

Ha ha, if you're living on this earth, you are annoying someone. Debit cards are actually very easy to use. If you can put multiple pictures on your avatar, you can definitely learn to use a debit card.
