| How come whenever I get ready to eat something, that's when someone comes in. Then why is it everytime i take a bite, that is the exact moment they want to ask me something??? then they say "oh I'm sorry I am interrupting your meal", then ask to see something else. Then they say "Oh no go ahead and eat". Uh yea I would if you'd stop bothering me! Then there is this one guy that comes in who i can't stand. OK I hate him. He always wants to see the thing in the showcase that is directly under my food. And HE MOVES MY FOOD so he can look at it. WTF! NO ONE touches my food! If I were a dog, I would be food aggressive. LOL

| LOl that reminds me.... I hate when some calls and ask what you're doing and you say "eating dinner" and they are like "oh I am sorry to interrupt your dinner" but they keep on talking for 30 min! Or if you are like yeah I am eating can I call you back? And they are like well let me just tell you this real quick (and it takes like 20 min and your food gets cold....)

My mom does that with my drinks. If I'm with her and ask if she wants anything she'll say no then after I get the drink "Can I have a sip of yours?" 5 sips later.... lol I buy extra when I'm around her lol

Then whenever we go out to lunch, usually with my bro, she always asks what we are having. "Oh you're getting some sashimi right? So I can have one piece from you and one piece from you" And she says "so I CAN have", not "so CAN I have" And she always orders extra food so she can take it home. Basically i end up feeding her for like 2 days b/c she eats so little. I ALWAYS end up paying, even if she called ME for MY birthday. Not even once does she even pretend to try to pay. And after lunch, it's always "let's get pinkberry! I'll pay" Then when it comes times to pay she takes out her wallet eeeevvvveeer sooooo sloooowwwlllly, and we just roll our eyes, and either me or my bro will pay. AND she says "oh I'm retired I'm on a fixed income now" and every time I see her she's got on a new piece of jewelry, the real stuff I'm talking about. Thanks for letting me vent!

| One of my pet peeves is when someone tells me that I'm too young to have a certain medical problem... like my organs or body has a time limit on when it gets hurt or goes bad. In 10 days I'm going to have my gallbladder removed cause it's making me really sick and causing a lot of pain and all I hear is "You're too young for that!" Or when I tore my meniscus and needed surgery "You're too young for that!" Or whenever something else goes wrong... that's all I hear and it drives me bananas!

The other annoying thing I get all the time is when people tell me I look like I'm 12 because I have a baby face.... twice I have apparently been mistaken for my husband's daughter, which is ridiculous because he looks his age (24) and I don't look THAT young to be his daughter.

| [QUOTE=capt_noonie;2689678]I love complaining about my life! Here are my pet peeves:3. When people can't say Uni's name. Weenie? Moonie? Winnie? Goonie? Yea, like I really named my dog "weenie"! And they insist to keep trying to say it! I've even done it like, "Ooo-neee" I don't know why but that just made me crack up!

| Dishonesty. Currently, work is my biggest pet peeve. A certain irresponsible person who calls in every other day, after begging for more hours in order to pay their bills. Where I come from, you work for your money and you don't complain to everyone who will listen! Having my authority undermined by a 19 yr old who has the maturity level of my 12 yr old sister and the work ethic of my cat... Sorry. I'll hush.

| I have many pet peeves but these are just a few. 1. When I'm standing in line and I'll get asked if I'm in line. 2. When customers/patients try to tell me how to do my job and try to tell me the rules and regulations. 3. When I'm asked to do something that I already started doing. 4. When people are walking in a crowded street and just stops suddenly blocking the walkway instead of moving to one side. 5. When people ask me if I'm gonna breed my yorkies and I tell them no they're like you can make so much money from selling them. 6. When people automatically assume I'm Mexican. No offence to no one but that is not the only latin country there is. 7. When people assume I don't speak english. They speak to everyone in english but when they get to me they start speaking to me in spanish. 8. When people speak to me and they call me "sweety" or "Ma" especially customers/patients. 9. When people see you trying to pass them and they still dont move out the way until you have to shout to them excuse me. 10. When people let their kids act like spoiled brats in public. 11. When people start looking for their metrocard while they are already standing in the turnstile. I have so many more but thse are the only ones I can think of now. |
