Dishonesty.
Currently, work is my biggest pet peeve. A certain irresponsible person who calls in every other day, after begging for more hours in order to pay their bills. Where I come from, you work for your money and you don't complain to everyone who will listen! Having my authority undermined by a 19 yr old who has the maturity level of my 12 yr old sister and the work ethic of my cat...
