Gosh, I did not know this. 2006, that was quite a nice prize at her age. She does have a great voice and think of what is yet to come.

I'll just keep watching on and she might mention if she's released any in future interviews. Even for Tamyra Gray, I only found one album at Amazon and none in my local BestBuy and HMV inventory last night.

I think they all did fairly good. I too think that is should of been Michael to go and not Alexis, I didnt like either one of thier song choices but she sounded better. I really dont like Megan and was hoping that she was the one going. Compared to the rest of the other girls,IMO she cant sing. :thumbdown
Adam song was a little bizarre but expected. :) Could you really see him singing a country song the way it was suppose to be sung. :p My favorites are Lil, Kris and of course Danny :D.

As far as Allison is concerned, it wasn't kept a secret. She did answer in an interview since AI about having won a competition on a hispanic network. As long as she is currently unsigned, it's okay since I believe AI makes everyone sign exclusivity until their year with them is up.

Even Adam Lambert's group up until AI, "The Citizen Vein" and his theatre work holds the same kind of idea. He had a career in theatre and such, but it's all fair as long as they aren't trying to hide the fact. Though I hadn't realized he even got as far as doing theatre opposite Val Kilmer--not that I'm a fan of Kilmer's. :p

Anyway, I'm cheering for Adam, Allison, and Lil. I did enjoy Kris and Anoop's Top 11 performance, so I hope they keep it up, but I'm not so sure they can beat my other favourites as they are now. :D

I agree that Michael should have been the one going before Alexis. And then Megan next also before Alexis. Michael is a very sweet guy, and I like him, but I think maybe he should take that sweetness and cuteness into acting. He might make a great next Lois and Clark as Clark Kent. :luvu: He just needs to sculp his body some--thin out a little and turn it into muscle bulk since I'm not so sure his current thighs makes for hot Superman blue tights. :cool: And if in a drama or movie he needs to break out in song, at least we know his vocals will be decent "for an actor"! :D

:mad: Wouldn't you know, we are having a big storm tonight so our satellite went out before I got to see the last three contestants....Alison, Adam and Danny. How did they do? I thought Megan and Michael were pretty bad.

All three were great but Adam and Alison were awesome. Adam was the best of the night by far and he looked so handsome.

I hate that I miss them. So who do you think should go home? Based on what I saw I would say Megan and next would be Michael.

Either of the two and I thought Michael should have been the one to go last week instead of Alexis.

I, too, thought that Adam NAILED his performance tonight. I am glad that he "toned things down" a bit and wasn't so theatrical. MUCH better!!! :) I think he has an awesome voice and will make a great competitor against Allison.

I haven't been an Adam fan but I liked him better tonight. He looked better too. He's really a handsome guy by he just looks a little too girly. I was so disappinted in megan but I voted for her anyway because I love her voice and am not ready for her to go home. I think michael ought to go home. Scott wasn't very good either and neither was anoop. Lil was okay. Loved Allison and danny!

Adam and Allison did an awesome job tonight. I loved Adam's clean look. Too bad he couldn't do a hybrid of his look tonight and his usual look. I have to agree that either Megan or Michael should go home, but of the two I think Michael should go home since he hasn't been doing well week after week.

Adam is my fave...in my opinion he has the "IT" factor. Megan's voice does nothing for me, so she'd be my pick to go.

I thought the judges were pretty hard on Lil & even a bit on Danny - I thought Danny was great - but I was very confused why he didn't follow Smokey Robinson's advice & then in the end the judges & Ryan never said anything to him about why didn't follow the excellent advice :confused:

I did like Anoop. I thought he did a great job. I like Megan's personality, not sure about the singing. I really want Michael to be gone - shocked he was still there this week.

Oh, I thought Matt was good too - he continues to surprise me. i thought him & is it, Chris? - were just lacking personality - they keep getting by though.

It seemed as if they were in a rush to end it with the last ones. To much time was taken up with silly Paula and her coloring book. If she's still on it next year, I may not even watch it.

I think it was Allison's night for sure. That little 16 yr old has a real voice. Lil was so off! Was it her or the arrangement?

I thought Allison and Matt and Adam were all very good last night. Anoop wasn't bad either. The rest were just mediocre, except for Megan. I think Megan is absolutely beautiful but her singing S-T-I-N-K-S IMHO. I also hate the way she moves. She really botched up Patsy Cline last week and this week was horrible. I hope she goes home soon!

I have to admit that it was an improvement from a week or so ago as for the top. But the skirt was another factor... I didn't like it at all. How old is she now? I'm thinking around 43 or so. I like Kara more now than at first. She's seems classy and knows a lot more about music than Paula but then she's a songwriter I've never been impressed with Paula's singing but have to admit, she's a good dancer.

Btw.. I thought Anoop, Kris and Matt also did an excellent job.

Adam reminded me of a young Elvis, actually he reminded me of young Kurt Rustle doing Elvis. His song brought tears to my eyes. I think he will really be a super star someday, he knows how to entertain. Loved Smoky Robinson, and the Motown experience, Smoky seems like such a wonderful caring person, very talented, and not a bit of conceit. :D I don't know why Simon keeps telling some of them that they should act conceited, I don't know if the English use the word "conceit" differently than Americans, but a person doesn't have to be conceited to show confidence. Great show and great talent this year.
