David A just doesn't sing my kind of music... Luv David C!!! If he doesn't win I sure hope you guys are right w/ how the 2nd place guy does...

Awwww....I just read that Luke Menard was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. They found a tumour in his lungs. I read it on Reality Blurred. If you don't remember him, google him. He was awesome and adorable.

I'm counting on the same but the votes are yet to be counted but it looks pretty good for David A. I'll be happy with either I guess but I am trying to vote once for David C. and probably will never get through.

anyone know what is going on with the songwriters contest this year?

I like that they each got to choose a song from the top 10 --- and yes, David A took an unknown song and nailed it! So that one may become a winning song because of that.

But I thought there would be a winning song named and sang :confused: - maybe one more thing to help drag out tomorrow night :rolleyes:

He is your and Hodgkin's is very treatable... I think that he will be ok...

David A. and David C. are both VERY talented and either one can win IMO. I've leaned more towards wanting David C to win, but mostly just due to the fact that he is more mature.......I've wondered if David A would be able to handle all of the pressures of "stardom".
But after seeing tonight's show, I believe David A will be our next American Idol without a doubt. He really nailed all three of his songs tonight and were much more impressive than David C.'s. JMO

I've gotten through 5 times for David A. Its like, when you get through once, if you immedietly do it again its like you have a little "spot" and you can get through a couple times.

Now I'm out again. boo hoo. :(

Megan, I'm getting thru now on the 04 line - but just struggle to get thru on my cell ph, but I'm having much better luck using my home ph :confused:

Did anyone think Paula had a hard time congratulating David A tonight ?? I think she had decided that she liked David Cook best and she didn't know how to admit the truth like Randy & Simon. She seemed to have trouble being impartial. I know I would have even liked to have seen David Cook perform better tonight, and he did seem confident in the pre-performance interview with the lovely host, Ryan.

I used to be one to give Paula a pass - I think so often she has been taken advantage of - but she has really been loosing face with me

same thing happened to me - until my cell went on roam :confused: - which has never happened at hm before.
I'm thinking the cell towers are just jamming up with so many calls

Thanks for the avatar pic...Crystalsmom but for sum reason it's saying the upload is failing. Doesn't make sense because after I browse and save the picture is on the page to save changes but once I hit save changes I get the failed to upload message. Thanks anyways. I'll just keep the cutie pic in my pictures.

They are so different in their styles and both are very talented. I think regardless of who wins, they will both have careers!
Having said that, David A. was really flawless, I was really impressed!

I get the failed all the time but it's there. You can go back to edit avatar and see if it's there. I thought it might need to come down in size a bit but if they didn't mention that I don't know what because I can see your avatar is not that. you can use mine and in fact anyone can if they want.

I can't wait till tonight! I'm going to be late watching it because we are taking my son to see Sesame Street live. I'm setting it to record while I'm gone. This is the first season I don't have a gut feeling on the winner. I really think both of them deserve to win! Can there just be a tie? LOL I am a Cook voter though. I thought David A did better last night but I thought David C did better throughout the season. That's how I figured I would vote. :)
