| I do Yoga 1-2 times per week and Nia 2 times per week. And the occasional circuit of lifting weights. I've lost 13 pounds so far and plan to lose an additional 10 or so. I'm not dieting, so to speak, just trying to not eat junk.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I was doing 3 miles 5 times a week on the treadmill and 2 strength classes. The Christmas came and I missed a day here and there, now I have a terrible cold and haven't been able to go to the gym since Thursday. I need to get back and into my routine. It is so easy to lose the motivation for me if I miss a day or two.

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | So I do need to get in shape. and what could be a better time to start than the new year? haha. I had been doing yoga 5 times a week in my gym class, but that ended. Then I was doing line dancing 5 times a week (that is an AMAZING work out. Try to find a line dancing hall if you can afford it!). Now its just "elementry games" so I can't depend on gym as much as I could before haha. Sooo I guess I need to start walking/running and whatnot more. I also have a motivational issue. I can do really well for a couple days...then I'm just no longer motivated. I have issues accepting the fact that I'm not going to wake up one morning and suddenly I will be in amazing shape...haha.

Donating YT 11K Club Member | I try to work out twice a day. I do it real early in the morning by running on the threadmill for like 20-30 min. Then i do about 100 situps, leg raisers, leg squats and stretch. Then in the evening i run for like 10-20 minutes and do like 50 situps. I heard it's better to do short workouts thru out the day to keep your metabalism going so that you keep burning fat even when you're resting. I hope it works, i just wanna tone up. I have a problem with staying motivated too tho! It's hard!

| I could use the motivation as well. I bought myself a treadmill for Christmas, now I just need to get off my butt and use it!
