So I do need to get in shape. and what could be a better time to start than the new year? haha. I had been doing yoga 5 times a week in my gym class, but that ended. Then I was doing line dancing 5 times a week (that is an AMAZING work out. Try to find a line dancing hall if you can afford it!). Now its just "elementry games" so I can't depend on gym as much as I could before haha.
Sooo I guess I need to start walking/running and whatnot more. I also have a motivational issue. I can do really well for a couple days...then I'm just no longer motivated. I have issues accepting the fact that I'm not going to wake up one morning and suddenly I will be in amazing shape...haha. |
