I try to work out twice a day. I do it real early in the morning by running on the threadmill for like 20-30 min. Then i do about 100 situps, leg raisers, leg squats and stretch. Then in the evening i run for like 10-20 minutes and do like 50 situps. I heard it's better to do short workouts thru out the day to keep your metabalism going so that you keep burning fat even when you're resting. I hope it works, i just wanna tone up. I have a problem with staying motivated too tho! It's hard! |
