I used to have a bad temper, but I have definitely mellowed with age. It takes alot to make me mad now, I guess I figured it's just not worth the energy. If something makes me mad now, I just ask myself "is this going to matter tomorrow or next week?" Most times the answer is no, so I don't waste what little energy I have on it. I used to clean, clean, clean when I was angry or I'd go for a long walk and cool down....after I threw a fit lol. I have definitely gotten more patient with age.
