| well, in the end, these 2 are going to have to work out their differences. Either Rachel gives this woman the rest of the money that they agreed upon, or this other woman gives her the deposit back and gets her dog back..the one I feel sorry for here is this poor dog, back and forth like it has no feelings what so ever! |

Ha ha- I some how missed that. That was really funny! Wow, I'm pretty impressed with her child support.

But this is you, and you fall in love..and now the person wants the dog back. But you know that she never wanted it or would not have tried to sell it so many times..what would you do...come here for support..what would you say if some one came on here posting like you do. I do not know either person. I am going by all this reading that is being posted. I am a yorkie lover, and could not imagine what this girl did to begin with. she seems to have lots of money they way she talks..but money seems to be the number 1 on her list.. how much can I get for this dog..how many people on YT saw this yorkie on puppy find over a long a time. gee it could have been you that fell in love with this dog..then what...it could still happen to you! I sure would not want it to happen to me, if would break my heart. EMPATHY my dear woman... pooh's mum | |

| Well, let me tell you a little story..I had a little yorkie(she was 4 lbs) a few years ago..Well, I had a problem with her, not eating poop, but tearing it in to little pieces all over my house..I did love this little dog, but, having 3 other little ones in the house and her doing this, I couldn't handle it..They're pee pad trained, she would be in there with them waiting for them to use the bathroom so she could grab it before it even hit the pee pad..Now, I had all the dogs on deter, I also took her to the vet and had her on doggie prozac, nothing worked..So a lady that was on another forum that I was in said she would take her and work with her, well, after awhile, she told me that my little dog was still doing it..So, as much as I loved this little dog, I sold her for $200 to this woman..Well, maybe a year or so later, this lady got back with me, she said she couldn't keep my little girl anymore, so she was offering her back to me for the $200..Well, I called my sister in law and brother, they found someone to buy her, because I couldn't deal with her "habit", well, it didn't work out with the people that were going to buy her, so my brother and his wife got her, and they've had her now for 2 or 3 years and love her to death..so, I have been in these shoes, you make mistakes, you learn..I did the same thing, somedays I would look at her and say I can't get rid of her, and other days I was so upset, I would have given her to the first person that walked by..so, I do know how this other woman maybe made hasty decisions! |

| I Just Wanted To Say How Sorry I Feel For Both Parties In This Situation. I Dont Know Either Of You, And Have Read This From The Very Beginning. There Is No Easy Solution, But It Makes Sense To Try To Come To A Compromise. This Is Mine........ This Is Only My Opinion But Here Goes, I Think That Maria, Should Go On With The Arrangement She Made And Sell Lola To Rachel For The Agreed Price Of $1000. I Believe That Is The Right Thing To Do, Even Though It Has Now Been Discovered That Lola Has Some Medical Issues. It Was Not One Of The Conditions Of Purchase That Lola Would Be Vet Checked And Returned If Not 100% Healthy (sorry If I Am Mistaken). Maria I Think You Should Explain To Your Little Boy That Lola Is Now Living With A New Family, And Is Very Happy. I Know It Is Sad But You Did Decide To Sell Her And You Would Have Had To Tell Him Sometime That She Had Gone Away. I Am Sure He Will Be Ok About It, It Just May Take A Little Time. Rachel I Think You Should Pay The Other Money To Maria, As Soon As Possible, Then You Can Move On And Get On With Your Own Lives. Just Put The Experience Down To A Big Misunderstanding And Learn From It For The Future...... Good Luck - I Truely Hope It All Works Out For You.

| Nice Post DianeW.. I think only of this dog. The main thing is the dog. Now the dog seems to be settled in with a new owner..if she went back and down the road again thinks she needs to be sold. Then what about the dog. I know dogs have emotions, have feelings, and cannot defend themselves and say, please let me be happy, us humans have to think about that, first and foremost. And I want to add that yes there are times when one cannot look after a dog for what ever the reason..if you find a home, and it does not work, then you may need to help find another person to take the dog..but to sell a pup cause it did a pp on your bed, get mad at a one or two times event that most likely she was saying please pay attention to me...is not reason enough in my eyes..if everytime your dog did something wrong that you did not like you list the dog each time, then you get a buyer and then say oh no maybe i will not sell her..then you keep doing this..now your involving other people and their feelings also.. I am just trying to let others see other sides of a scenerio. pooh's mum |

| Coming from "The Business Law School Chick" No.. I don't need to study farther. You both have interpreted the contract in two TOTALLY different ways. Therefore the contract is void based on that alone. Clear and Definite Terms is the kicker (which there wasn't). You sold Lola and that is that.. And the whole bit about her wanting Lola after just buying a puppy.. GUESS WHAT! I have 2 little girls (sisters) who are puppies and I'm in the market for a parti yorkie or a biewer!! And when I find the right one, I'll bring him/her home. She has apparently loved Lola when she was available before but got a little boy obviously never thinking she'd get Lola.. Also... I don't compare myself to Paris Hilton when I carry my girls in a bag.. It's convenient! My yorkies are my children and have more than most kids do! So they're not just a "possession" to me.. I think you've got that twisted... Rachel.. Please, please, please do whatever it takes to keep Lola with you... I'd be heart broken if she left your home..

| Maria I am glad you find this amusing, I am worried to death about what will happen to lola. If she would go back to you she would be happy because she hasnt known any other life, she doesnt know that you havent taken her to the vet to see she has LP's or that its harder to eat because of all the extra teeth. I will at first be the mean mommy that fixes all those things & its so sad. I wanted to go blow money on clothes, toys, beds, etc. spoil her & she would think I was wonderful. Now I will have to spend about $750 -$1000 for surgery & she will wonder why I am being so mean. You may not have flat out lied but you were not honest about lolas health. I dont believe I ever mentioned your name on here, I did not want to ruin your rep, I just wanted a few opinions. I feel if I give you the other $500 you will be the one worrying about karma because you know how I feel about lola, I think you knew about her health issues, as soon as I mentioned them you said you wanted her back, I had called you to try to negotiate the price, bottom line is your email stating you want her back as of 11.6.07 broke our contract & you do not have the deposit, the contract reads due upon termination which you did 11.6.07. I want whats best for lola & if you think taking me to court instead of doing the right thing will help anyone in anyway then go ahead. |
