| Getting rid of dogs I'm not sure of the post but for me, I just could not do it. I've heard of people who return dogs because they got too big. How in the world could someone fall in love with a puppy and then turn it off because of size. Sorry, I think some people should just skip having a pet |

Also, if she keeps them in cages all the time, that may be reportable. What kind of condition does she keep the dogs in? You must be really frustrated!

| I have spent a small fortune on my animals over the years. Some of my former friends would make the comment of ,"It's Only A Dog". That is why they are former friends. My animals are my kids. The only difference is that they have a little more hair and have four legs. I have heard of people getting rid or killing their animals just because they are sick. I can't even picture people like that making good parents.

oh my you must be really frustrated about your situation. i don't know what to say. what kind of cages are they like really small does she take care of them other than that? its that kind of thing you have to look at but i don't know how anyone could get a dog fall in love with it then give it back because its too big i have an example. we got our lab mix rusty from the pund 7 1/2 years ago when he was a year old. they told us he's done growing and won't get any bigger that means he shouldn't have been too much fatter either. well he was a little under weight. we thought we were feeding him normal portions. okay so we couldn't help spoiling him he's are baby. he should be about 50 pounds. now he's around 65. he waddles when he walks so now i take him on looong walks every day. he's still my baby and i wouldn't trade him for anything. i would give myself if it could save him.

| It is sad that some people wants a dog/pet but really don't want or understand the responsiblity that comes with it. I don't know if they realize it is a LIVING creature and not a toy to be play with when desired and ignored when it is not. I definitely believe that not everyone should own a pet. This kind of hit close to home because I just adopted a very nice dog that was crated throughout her life and was very neglected. Then she was toss onto other people and got passed from home to home. Needless to say, I was kind of upset at the shape she was in when I got her. But she is doing fine now and getting along with my yorkies quite nicely. Okay, I need to stop before I get myself more work up. |
