so for those of you who read on the lady wanting a puppy now i have a bigger issue!

actually this has been going on for years, my aunt buys a dog Keeps them in cages!!!!!!!! and takes them to the pound later! i get so mad so if they try to buy a dog again, do i have the right to call the human society and shouldnt they keep records of people who do this?
