I probably missed this somewhere, but is there a way to do anything with Dogster? I don't have a myspace page, but Gizmo has a page there and I wondered.

I talked to the officer in charge of the case today, he called me back, he had been off for 4 days. He is going to do everything he can to help us, he is getting together with the man that saw the blond at Wal Mart, and Maureen, he will do everything he can to help including getting a Dective to work on the case in Tracy, at the Wal Mart Store. He has been trying to reach Maureen, we have everything we need to move forward now, and with a positive id, we should get some long awaited answers. I feel like this is going to come to a close very soon. It it is the same lady at Wal Mart that Maureen saw in Modesto. The officer was very nice and really has something concrete to go on now. He is working on the case as i type this. I typed one earlier and it did not go through, I do not know why, but thought i would leave names out and just let everyone know what is happening. We are getting so close to at least open the door or close it whatever they find when this woman is IDed! If she is the one, hopefully she can lead us to ZEKE, or at the least give a description of the person who she sold him too.

The officer is getting in touch with the officer's in Tracy, to go to Wal Mart to go through the Sun. tapes. He may put a Detective on the case, no cost to us. At the least the tapes could show the parking lot, and we could see if she got in a car with the dog, or sold him, and see the person getting in the car with the dog, and maybe getting a lic. plate number and a description of the car.

So with MYSPACE and the officers, and maybe a Detective, we will get to the bottom of where ZEKE is!

This is one of the most powerful forums i have ever seen, and you all are so great with information, prayers, myspace, helping in any way you can is what is going to get ZEKE back in the arms of his family. Everything helps - the more people see anything about Zeke, the more exposure there is, that could lead to his return. If you have a Dogster page, please add Zeke. Let me know if you need pictures and I will repost them here so that you don't have to go through 35 pages looking for them.

Could you post a link to Zeke Dogster? If I missed it, I apologize, but I haven't read the whole thread...though I've been doing my best to keep up with what's going on when I'm on...

What wonderful news about the police really getting going on this!!!! Donna Jean. the witness to the Yorkie being sold outside of Walmart - does he have an approximate time? This would help in going through the security tapes, as most of them today are time stamped. I just wish him or his kids had taken a picture with their cell phones!
Julie PM'd me last night - she's doing an upload to an ABC affiliate station that serves the Modesto and Tracy area. I found their link doing a search yesterday, where they invite the public to send footage that could possibly be used on the local news, and posted it on this thread, Let's pray that they pick this up!

Oops! Sorry, I misunderstood you. I thought you meant that you would post pics of Zeke on your Dogster page; my mistake!

I spoke with Donna Jean this morning and she told me all the great news... The officer called me and I slept right through it:eek: I called him back and left a message and jumped in the shower... Just my luck my son comes running upstairs and says mom the police are here. So there I was with a towel on my head and in a robe discussing Zeke... Talk about uncomfortable.
:embarasse He left here about 30 minutes ago on his way to meet with the man that saw the blonde. After speaking with him he is going to try to get those woman to come to Modesto for Identification. Then we will go from there.

The video is a good idea, but they are generally only viewed on the website and not aired. I think that more is needed in addition to the video.

Everyone should send an e-mail to the News Director and Executive Producer telling them about the story. You should also mention the other missing dogs. Someone steals a beautiful Yorkie that is a therapy dog from someone who has a disability? There is no way they would not want the story. If the blond at Wal-Mart is the same women, they can air the footage and someone may recognize her. They could even have a feature ready by this weekend. Here are their e-mail addresses.

Mauren honey!! That is just great news!!! The police now WILL compel Walmart to release those tapes. As for the awkwardness of sitting in robe, towel wrapped around your head...... you could have been garbed in a potato sack..... does not matter, as long as he brings Zeke back home!
There is just so much exposure now, what with Craigslist, my Space , and the upload to an ABC news station that Julie (bellaismybaby) did last night.
I just feel it in my gut that you will have some answers soon!

Yes I asked the officer to ask the time that Jose was there, I sent a very long Reply, explaing everything and it did not go through, i wonder if it was because i had too many details, and they decided it might alert the people of what we are doing. I don't think they could figure out how to get on this forum, as i had a friend show me how and that was how i found it.

Anyway, the officer is not able to do anything in the district of Tracy, only Modesto, so he will arrange the meeting with Maureen, Jose, who called Maureen, about the blonde at Wal Mart, and then call the blonde's employer to arrange a meeting in Modesto. He also said if he had to he would call Tracy officers and see about the Wal Mart Tapes from Sun. and even get a Detective on the case, at the least he could get a lawyer as well. So we are getting some very important doors opened. Now back to praying that this will come to a close, and Zeke will be home soon! Everyone, and I mean Everyone that has been involved in this has done a asume job!!!!!! We have a lot of power with this forum, I am so happy to at the least get this woman and see if she is the same woman that Maureen suspects! I pray she is, and she will lead us to ZEKE!

Shirley C has just made a thread about a lady brokering dogs out of Sacramento. I wonder if there could be a connection there?

I will send an e-mail but others should as well. I'm a Psychologist so I really know how to pull at the heartstrings and motivate people. I'll have both of them in tears by the time they finish reading the e-mail. The more e-mails they receive, the more they will want the story so everyone else send one as well.

We're hoping to have a solid lead on Zeke VERY soon. Everyone here is pulling out all the stops to get his baby back to his Mama.

We Love Galatea, she has given some great advice and of course would love any help she could give up. The officer was talking about a Detective on the Wal Mart tapes, n/c, and some one in administration to also do what they can to get to the bottom of this. So we have sooooooooo many great people checking on all the leads, this just has to work out. It just has to. I continue to pray, and can't wait for the ID of the blonde!!!! I think we should know something today. It will be nice if she is the one. If not we still have the media, MYSPACE, and a ton of people praying from all over the world, we will find this puppy, and maybe bust a puppy thief ring!!!!!! I pray they get arrested and have a lot of time to think about the lives they have destroyed.
