![]() I do have an excellent groomer for Ralphie, and I will not be trying anyone new, unless mine retires or moves!

| ![]() If someone is thinking of grooming their baby in Staten Island, I can tell you where NOT to go! In fact I can name 2 places right now. I can also tell you the wonderful groomers are at The Groom Room. Keisha is getting better by the day. Darn, some of your stories are as scary as mine, and some scarier! ![]() ![]() Ummm, I have really attempted hairdressing on my daughters over the years and I can tell you they must have felt as embarrassed as Keisha more than a few times! Yeah, I can really kill hair color and cuts. ![]()

| ![]() Exactly! My daughter wants to call our local paper now and have our story published. We're still so furious because although Keisha is so much better, she has not fully returned to herself and we are having a very hard time getting her to go in the car, let alone be put on her leash to go out for a walk. I think she does not trust us as to where she's going, poor girl. And of course, it's going to be a long time before we can ever take her back to any groomer and leave her there for any length of time without her crying and acting up. Can't blame her either!

| ![]() Oh my gosh! all those poor dogs! Ive never had a bad groomer experience thank goodness id probably have a fit in the groomers office if i had. My groomer in fact was really good I took oliver my pomeranian and anna my yorike at the same time and id never gotten anna groomed before and literally told her i had no idea how you go about cutting a yorkies hair so i had no idea how i wanted it done. she pulled out her own yorkies that she had and then gave me a hole description of each and then said she could get some pictures of more if i didnt like those. I was amazed. |

When my coli was operated, I needed to take him to a groomer so they could shave his hair, because it was to traumatic for me }, to bathe him and comb him without hurting him, eventhough the sticthes were off and the wound had healed. So I could this place near my home, to tell them about my dogs condition, and they told me I could bring him, but that if he died it was my own irresponsability. I was outraged and told lots and lots of stuff and the end I told them donīt worry it would be my irresponsability not to tell people of your lousy policy. I tell this to my groomers and they enter in state of disbelief of such barbaric thing. | |

| ![]() I'm really glad to hear the Keisha is doing better. That woman should be shameful and never ever come near a living animal again. If that were me, I don't think she'll still be working there. She is just a hyprocrite. |

| ![]() I just read your post. I was horrified! I am so sorry. I hope your baby is better now. How traumatic. I almost cried reading this. My heart goes out to you and your family and I truly hope your baby is doing better.

Just to let you all know, this groomer's name is now mud in my town and I couldn't be happier...well, I could be happier if she has to shut her doors permanently. Thanks for everyone's support and for caring. Hope all your furbabies are happy and well and never ever have to be put thru an ordeal like we had.

| ![]() I am sorry about your little girl. I am so glad that she is doing better. I only read a couple of the stories from other people it is just too sad for me. I do the grooming to Abigail and Lola myself and I have to say after these stories I am really glad. I keep them in a full coat so I don't have to do much except trim their ears and around the butt. Again I am so sorry you had such a bad experience I feel soo bad for the poor little baby.

| ![]() I can't beleive that. Did she hurt her bottom some how? This is why I do my own grooming now, I took Teddy 1 time to the groomer and that was our last time. U tell U're daughter go! And U had every single right to be upset, oh if it was any of my babies then the whole block would of know about it and yeah I would of gone to jail too! I hope she will heal and not be scared of U to self groom her at home. Hugs, Lee |
