Exactly! My daughter wants to call our local paper now and have our story published. We're still so furious because although Keisha is so much better, she has not fully returned to herself and we are having a very hard time getting her to go in the car, let alone be put on her leash to go out for a walk. I think she does not trust us as to where she's going, poor girl. And of course, it's going to be a long time before we can ever take her back to any groomer and leave her there for any length of time without her crying and acting up. Can't blame her either!
