Yes, I understand but everyone says he does not use a vet so that blows that defense. I have been using this vet for over 10 years and dogs are not his mainstay. He does lots of large animals stuff and is one of the only llama vets around so he really does not need BCK's business. Besides would you as a licensed vet put your license at risk for a lie? Besides why did IE not air his statements? (My vet)

I had a co-worker go look at the clip and I asked one question if the dog look the same throughout the whole story. BTW He knows nothing about this story just an un-bias opinion.
He said it was two different dogs. He said the one at the vets office is larger and the one at the end of the story is smaller. It smells fishy too me.
It just does not look right and after my vet told me that I had to go look.
I did not even notice it at first but I did when I watched it again.
David with fox said it is too risky to order a dog for a story and maybe this is why?? It brings questions to my pea brain

I am not going to bring my vet into this thread. I think of it as a courtesy to him. I can tell you that he was a professor for a while at a Texas University before opening his own practice. But other than that I will not give out his info for people to bash him or call him etc.. for something that does not concern him. He said his peace to IE and they were obviously satisfied or they would have done a piece on him.

That's OK , just thought he is my Vet also .

If Mr.Moore got all of his dogs checked and the vet I highly doubt there would be so many people receiving sick puppies. Just a thought .....

Who's to know that the dog that got the health certificate is the same dog that was shipped? Out of all those dogs, he surely has one that could pass a health exam (especially if it given out by just looking at the dog and not running test).

True, but I looked at the IE video again and the dog at their vet and the dog at the beginning and the end are two different dogs go watch it again.
It is funny. The one at the Vets office is a Dog and the one in the kennel is a puppy so is the one at the end of the segment.

that's my thinking too - on the bigger scope - Puppy Mills are the worst of the worst (and I include Petland in this). I was at our Vet office Friday getting health certificates for our llamas & I was talking about the IE report. My vet said IE called him and asked about a dog he sent a health cert on that was reported as 11 weeks old. IE said their vet guessed it was 13 weeks and they wanted him to explain this. Now I know just as you do you can not tell age by just looking at a dog to the day or week even. They then asked about the Giardia and My vet said he did no tests the health cert. only requires that the dog looks healthy & when it was at his office it was healthy. I have a very good vet IMO and I have never had any problems with him so I have no problem believing what he says. So go figure.

How conveinient! Again, NO surprise!

Give me a break! Anyone off the street could do that Vet Check then. Pesonally, I don't think much of your vet if he's willing to sign a "HEALTH CERTIFICATE" without doing any tests to verify the health of the animal he is getting paid for!!! That is falsifying documents - plain and simple! Thenyou've just verified that Moore isn't checking his dogs for diseases or illnesses. Thank You!

Funny how you defend Moore but doubt Dane... doesn't make sense to me.

What else do you and Moore share?
