Well Mr. Dane stated he has been inspected by SPCA, USDA etc.... and he had no violations.
Well Mr. Moore said the same thing.
I checked with the SPCA and they said the same thing about Brushy Creek (no violations and it was a very nice kennel). Its public record check it out. I am working on the USDA records at the moment. So stay tuned for more from your local station.

There was another thing that caught my attention. How come on the Fox report they said the lawsuit award was $150,000 and Inside Edition said the award was $350,000? I am now very confused!! (YEAH YEAH I know don't say it) Could someone answer that one (David W/fox maybe?)

I noticed that too, but didn't say anything. That's a pretty large discrepancy.

That stack of BBB reports looked pretty real and based on emails I've read from people all over the country - the sick dogs are real - them showing people one dog and shipping a different one is real - isn't that what matters ?

I have not read the e-mails so I do not know. I do not understand how you can tell one puppy from another unless they are like totally different markings and colors etc. Like how could you really tell a one Westie from Another? and BTW I love those cute Westies.

Inside Edition bought a puppy that was susposed to be 11 weeks old ...they vets estimated the puppy they received to be 5 MONTHS old

The poor dog they shipped had Giardia...which btw - IS contageous to humans - not to mention, makes the poor puppy feel miserable

Yes I did see it. But I also have some inside info on the age of the dog. That was a complete fabrication of the truth.
I found out recently that Mr. Moore uses the same vet as we do.
I was at our Vet office Friday getting health certificates for our llamas & I was talking about the IE report. My vet said IE called him and asked about a dog he sent a health cert on that was reported as 11 weeks old. IE said their vet guessed it was 13 weeks and they wanted him to explain this. Now I know just as you do you can not tell age by just looking at a dog to the day or week even. They then asked about the Giardia and My vet said he did no tests the health cert. only requires that the dog looks healthy & when it was at his office it was healthy. I have a very good vet IMO and I have never had any problems with him so I have no problem believing what he says. So go figure.

Whaaaaaaat? Something's not right with the story from your vet. The dog they showed didn't look 13 weeks old... it looked much older IMO.

also, if that one dog had giardia, you can bet that MANY more have it at Brushy Creek as well. I'm sorry, but I would not want a puppy with giardia in my house.

No IE said it was 13 weeks to our doc.
Go look at the closing clip of the puppy and it looks different that the dog that was at the vet's office IMO

David Moore obviously really does sell sick puppies and also misrepresent puppies. V has said that they tried to sell her a different dog than what she wanted to purchase. It's not like this whole thing is a big consiracy against Brushy Creek. We could sit here and pick apart any news story - but there is truth it in.

I think my vet's story is right he has would not fabricate a story he has no need too.
I had a co-worker go look at the clip and I asked one question if the dog look the same throughout the whole story. BTW He knows nothing about this story just an un-bias opinion.
He said it was two different dogs. He said the one at the vets office is larger and the one at the end of the story is smaller. It smells fishy too me.
It just does not look right and after my vet told me that I had to go look.
I did not even notice it at first but I did when I watched it again.
David with fox said it is too risky to order a dog for a story and maybe this is why?? It brings questions to my pea brain
