Well Maybe Jeff Dane and David Moore outta to out hunting in the redneck hills and maybe 2 hunters will go out but only one will come back....LOL :D

I would love to know what ussername he is using to come on here and read posts. He has threatened to sue people on here before and has yet to do it. I think a judge would laugh at someone suing about something said on an internet forum.

Okay, I had never heard of Jeff Dane before he started threatening people today with lawsuits. Could somebody please send his contact information to me (email addresses, home address, work address, phone numbers, etc.) via private message? He must want attention or he would have just laid low and let this David Moore thing run its course. I'll have a little chat with him and see how much attention he would like.

For the first time in the past ten days or so, I finally had about an hour between appointments to read many of the posts on this thread. I had no idea that Mr. Moore has been able to post so many times. I only read one previous post before today. I see most of his posts must have been typed from Ireland. That's where his attorney said he was when I spoke to her on the days he posted earlier this month.

I read the post where Mr. Moore says he cannot explain his side of the story in less than 3 minutes. If you put a stopwatch on our report with Lisa Bushman, you will see she spoke on air for about 30 to 40 seconds to tell her side of the story. I'll tell you what Mr. Moore, I will give you equal time. Not only will you get at least as much time as Ms. Bushman, I will also give your attorney time to speak just as Ms. Bushman's attorney was given time. If you had chosen to speak with us when we contacted you for that story, you would have had equal time back then. For most reporters, it's "one strike and you're out." If someone doesn't want to speak on the record, that's the end of it. They don't waste time begging that person to speak in the future. Apparently, I'm not that smart. I continue to plead with you to share your story. Why do I continue to ask for your side despite your silence? Curiosity, I guess. I have never seen so many complaints lodged against one person in my eight years on this job and there's got to be something the target of those complaints wants to say in his own defense. Judging from your 20 posts on this thread, you must like to talk about your operation. Why not speak up for yourself in front of the viewers of Houston instead of just Yorkie Talk? OH Man, I believe most every member on YT would love for you to give Mr. Dane's operation a closer look.

let me get this straight.....are you going to try and talk to jeff dane as well? holy crap!!!!!! i thought this would never happen. i have only emailed him long ago and questioned where he kept his dogs,,,in a cage, kennel, home so he sent me an arial view of his land (which you could not see anything). then i asked if he could take a picture of where the puppies are being kept so i could see the conditions. he then emailed me bank and said, "have a nice life". so i take it he did not want to show me the conditions in which he kept his animals.

Did you get threatening emails from him too?

Same basic experience as Ben...bad! This guy cares not about the care or health of his puppy mill puppies! He cares about the cold hard cash. He recently took a $10,000 pup to the vet for a dental procedure and it died. Of course it was not his fault, or it could not have been an accident, or congenital problems....no, he claimed it was the vet's fault. From the sound of his threats online, you can bet he will sue the poor guy. Poor puppy, very sad that it died...but, maybe he will now know what it is like to be on the receiving end.

no, he refused to let me see where the puppies were being kept and basically told me to move on....have a nice life. when i questioned the conditions, he did not want to do any business with me. ohhhhh wellllll.

Maybe the Reverend Jesse Jackson would like a word with him about the "N" word he uses as analogies.

Jessie Jackson is a joke. But Jeff Dane using that word to explain himself is very telling. I wouldn't imagine any self respecting person to go there. It also shows his disdain for anyone on this site. Hey!! I guess that includes me. :D

Someone mentioned Oprah. Maybe if alot of us email her she'll do it. I think we should keep the fire burning.

Our local "no kill" animal shelter just had to euthenize some dogs today because they found some of the dogs tested positive for Parvo and possibly Rabies!!! They also had to shut their doors temporarily. This has never happened there before. As a "no kill" shelter they take every animal in. This is a newly built (state of the art) shelter and they do test and give vet care, so I'm not sure how this happened but it is really devastating for them.... well, all of us. :(

Well we all know that this is what happens when unwanted animals are dropped off because new owners can't take care of them or their vet bills. These are animals dropped off because they are pregnant and the people don't want to deal with the babies. These are animals that have not been spayed or neutered and continue to have unwanted litters. These are animals that are just turned loose when people decide to move and can't take their pets with them.

I am just "sick" about this and then to think these puppy mill people are still cranking out puppies really infuriates me. With the amount of members on this site, we alone should be able to "do" more.

Bring on the petitions, bring on the news and bring on Oprah! :thumbup:

I think this is more than fair from FOX News & I'd be interested in hearing his side too. What I've seen him say here doesn't ring true, but maybe if he went on TV, he could at least offer an explanation why so many people have complaints against his business ?

As for Jeff Dane, I really hope you look into his kennels as well. In My Opinion (and you can't sue me for having an opinion), from looking at the poor conditions of the puppies on his website and from hearing stories from people who have purchased puppies from him, his kennels are despicable and he should be shut down.
