Oh my gosh.. I used to feed my dogs IAMS -- I feel totally sick to my stomach. I'm emailing the company right now to voice my opinion on this cruelty.

I wasn't able to see the story, I was only able to read the outline on IE's website so I can't speculate on what the pup was covered in or anything, but I do understand what you're saying. I agree with you on the scared piece though - I'm sure every puppy that is shipped is scared out of their mind... besides just being torn from their mommy, they're put through jolting and loud noises and have no idea about what's going on.

While it is true the media tend to send a skewed view of a story, my Momma always told me "Where there's smoke there's fire".

Think about it. If you can discount that it MIGHT be mud on that dog, most animals WOULD be scared after a flight, etc. You CANNOT discount that the man has KNOWINGLY sold sick puppies/dogs and misrepresented the animals he has sold many times over. This is proven in many many ways.

Doobie, let me ask you this....

We know the "hype" the media can put on anything. Take Michael Jackson, for instance, during the allegations of his taking indecent liberties with a minor. The courts ruled on it, BUT...

Would YOU send YOUR young son to visit him at his little fantasyland? Tell the truth here..... (of course this is hypothetical, I don't even know if you have a son)

I don't think dobie is discounting the fact that Mr. Moore has sold sick dogs. What I took from what he said is that he thinks some of the stuff in the story was a little stretched/exhaggerated.

I think it was Inside Edition ( CBS channel 5 in Raleigh) that had a long expo last night on these dogs from this place. Bravo to those who broght it to someone's attention. Maybe now this place will be closed forever.

I found a program that let me convert from DVR (which is a huge file type) to AVI, but it's still 7.51GB. Way too big to post or attach to an email. I was up until 4:30AM trying to get this for you guys. Sorry.

When I asked David of Fox new if he has seen Jeff Danes kennel I got this in my email this morning from Mr. Dane himself.

Be very careful what you say about me on the Internet. I know who you are and where you are located. Unless you have money to burn on a legal defense, you had better stick to things you know first hand and one of them is not about me or my business. This was very foolish thing to do just to get attention.

Oh... and both my father and uncle are very successful attorneys, so free isn't so expensive now is it?

We will see. Your definition will not hold up in court, I have been in court over this same issue many times, the term "Puppymill" is like the word "Nigger" and is meant to harm. You can term it anyway you'd like, but "Puppymill" if you ask people on Yorkie talk, is a term to describe a dog breeder who does not care for their dogs, does not have a good facility to raise them in, and raises many breeds. You are going to loose with your 30 dog excuse. You just called PETA, SPCA, and the Human Society a puppy mill, they have way more than 30 dogs at any given time. I hope you got good money for your pups you are selling, you are going to need it. Jealous breeders, go figure.

Why doesn't he come on YT and defend himself? why does he have to threaten in an email? sorry but you can't sue anyone for having an opinion and BTW you can sue him for harrasement keep the emails

You know, I'm having a really pissy day at work and checked my email for some relief, only to find this crap. I'm so sick of this man and his holier-than-though attitude. This is the last post I will make about this entire subject. If necessary, I'll see him in court. I'm loaded for bear and ready. He doesn't make a pimple on a rat's butt.

Here, I just found this in the dictionary "By the formal definition, a puppy mill is a large-scale breeding operation that produces large numbers of puppies for profit." The SPCA, PETA, and Humane Society do not have a large number of dogs to sell for profit

I almost forgot!!! My boyfriend ALSO has two lawyers in his family - his aunt and uncle. His aunt owns a law firm in New York City and is on a large legal council of some kind for the state of New York.

He's now harrassing you and it needs to stop or you will have reason to serve HIM with papers

When I first started hearing about puppymills I looked it up also and saw something similar so that is my impression to. A large scale breeding operation.
