I was tempted to bust your chops for not providing the name of your Yorkie in this official application that includes picture and weight, but the TCSS Elders accused me of being a nitpicker and ordered me to research previous posts and find out just who we were welcoming into the club.

CHARLIE is more than welcomed to the club as our youngest Teapot EVER!

I am a little girl just 11 weeks old and tipping the scales at 2.5 lbs (with a fully tummy).
Can any of you clever people guys tell me what this "Teapot Club" is all about please.

Welcome to YT, you anonymous female cutie.

In a nutshell, The Teapot Club and Secret Society is a group of super-standard (as opposed to standard or substandard) Yorkies who have banded together in protest of The Man -- those groups who say Yorkies in excess of 7 pounds are not allowed into their prestigious shows and competitions.

Since tiny Yorkies flaunt their smallness by inventing the name "Teacup" to give the impression that they are extra special, our foredoggers adopted the name Teapot to throw their perceived specialness into their collective faces.

We are large, and we are proud.

But that's all we're allowed to tell puppies.

Dear Club President

Thank you so much for explaining the Teapot Club and Squeekret society to me it all makes sense to a degree.

I did think that as I am a "Yorkie" I am special anyway so from what you say it would seem that some of us "Yorkies" are more special that others huh ?

If I tell you my life story do you think you could find the time to read it and then decide if I would qualify to join either the Teapot or the secret thing you run.

My mother told me that I was born at a very early age along with five siblings so I had to fight my way to the bar every time I was hungry. Not a good start for a girl is it.

Shortly after I was born I heard the Owner person telling this bitch human that I was three days old so I assume a day is a measurement of age but it got a bit confusing later.

Another day and this dog human came to see me, boy, some experience that was I can tell you.
First the bitch human owner told him I was seven days old the lying woman after telling the other visitor I was three days old fibbing like that is not good is it sir.

The dog human then stuck his big face right in my lovely face making stupid noises like Goo Goo and awww and things like that. His breath stunk like hell so I peed on him to make him put me down.
After a few days other people came to see me and again my owner changed my age by telling them I was two weeks old so now I am even more confused first I am a day then a week what the hell is going on here and what is a week for heavens sake ????

It went on like this for some time until one day the dog and bitch human turned up with a bag thing and put me in it and took me away from my siblings and my mother. I just knew it was not going to be fun.

I ended up in this place where there was no other dogs, Yorkie or any other kind, nothing just me and some human things making all sorts of strange noises at me.

The new guys decided I should go visit there friend who they called Vet. Now let me tell you this Vet guy is not a funny or even a nice guy.

You would not believe what he did to me.

First he stuck his big fat stinking finger in my mouth and rubbed it all over my little teeth. Boy, who the hell knows where he has had that finger huh not funny that.

Just as I thought things couldn't get worse this vet guy stuck a HUGE glass tube thing where huge glass tube things don't belong.
I will admit it didn't hurt but hell....he could have warmed it up first !!!!!!!


Before I could protest he then got this massive long pole thing with a glass tube on the end which was full of some liquid stuff.
OMG, I was worried cos I thought he was going to stick that up there as well but he never he stuck the tube thing in my skin and squirted the stuff into me.
OK, didn't hurt but why the hell did he do that I did nothing to upset him.

This vet guy then says to the bitch human who now owns me that I needed to be "wormed" and this sent me into panic mode cos I cant stand worms, hate em I do. Why the hell would this nasty bit of work called Vet want to give me worms.
Well, he gets this tablet thing. Boy, you should have seen the size of it then thinks I am going to eat it. yer right...think again vet man.

Well I lost the fight cos the dirty git stuck his big stinking finger right down my throat and shoved that tablet thing in then rubbed my neck and forced me to swallow it.
I have been checking the other end ever since and it still aint come out yet but I fooled him cos I dumped some of the worms he put in.

The next visit to this vet guy was a little different. He stuck another thing in me which he called a "Micro Chip" then put me on this platform thing which had a clock on it and told the bitch human that I was Two Pounds.
Now you may be able to see why I am confused.

First with the day old and week old thing.

Then the new human guys calling me RUBY......

Now the Vet guy is calling me "Two Pounds".

I have to say, I no longer know who the hell I am or how old I am and want to sit and cry.

So please me club person will you read this and look at my picture and tell me if I can join your club or not.

I know I am special cos I am a YORKIE and there is nothing more special than that is there sir.

If you want to call me anything sir, please call me RUBY cos I like that name best.

First of all, I want to welcome you, and your owner Bryan to the Forum.
I don't presume to answer for our Illustrious President and Nitpicker alaskiayorkie,
who may be off on very important Club business. But will attempt to give you
what information I can in his stead.

I'm sure by now, that some of the confusing issues of the past few weeks
may have subsided, and settling into your Furever home is going well.
Just from what I know of your owner Bryan, I'm sure that at some point,
if not already, you're going to think you're the luckiest Puppy in England.

So, you're 11 weeks old, and weigh 2.5 pounds !
From my experience in looking a totally cute Puppies such as you, I'd say
that you have a VERY good start, and at some point in the future, should
be an extremely viable candidate for membership in this Club. In your
picture, I can already see a sturdiness/robustness, which no doubt will
be in your favor. I have a reputation for appreciating voluptuous Females
and am anxious to see your development.

However we have a rule...
The weight qualification for membership, is a minimum of 7.1 pounds.
(7.1 Lbs = 3.22 Kg)

That being said, you should continue to hone your skills at begging for
Treats, get Bryan to give you good daily exercise, and I'm sure that
before long, membership in this Illustrious Club, will be within your grasp.

Has any of you clever teapot parents out there made teapot bows, leashes, collars, tanks.... My mommy can fish like crazy and is pretty good at woodworking but really, really bad in these other departments. I want to proudly wear a teapot bauble in my hair. Wait.....do I smell bacon??? Gotta go.....wow...I can feel the ninth pound just around the corner with bacon & cheese...
