9 months 15 days
Weighing in at 8lbs 6oz just today today!

A note from Me:
Tikka loves fetch and tug of war, prefers to hang with the big dogs, but her little brother Pooter will do for now! She is very chatty and demanding, when it's time to play she brings me an assortment of her toys and will bark at me to play. She knows Pooter is boss, but like most girls she gets an attitude with him from time to time and bats his face like a kitten!
She is a cuddler and looooves men! But don't be fooled boys, she's a heartbreaker [you'll be addicted to heeeer!] She loves the summer sun and basking in its warmth. She is young and vibrant and still learning lots of fun things!

Tikka says,
Please acswept me! The vet told momma I was a nice sturdy 8.5lbs and bootyiful! I'm not fweeling so gweat right now with this infwection, and it would me make me verwy happy to know I'm accsweptied! Pwease guyyyys and gaaaals!

Our Benevolent Acceptance Committee of the Teapot Club and Secret Society is all atwitter over Tikka's application. LOVE the pictures. LOVE the personal notes from both Mom and Yorkie, LOVE that Tikka remembered to include her weight.

And we loved several other things too.

However, missing from the application is a requirement -- Age of Yorkie.

You may reapply for membership in 2 years.

Or 2 minutes, whichever comes first.

YAY! I think she's just gotten a case of the zoomies because of this! But truly, I was excited to have a teapot and am so glad she made it in! 8.5lbs, can't believe it!

Tikka will have some words to say I'm sure once she realize's she's sick and needs to calm down :P

Question to the TeaPot Board Members ....

Once we have been accepted into the TeaPot Club shouldn't we encourage our parents (the humans) to join the Tea Pot Yorkies Lovers Group in our honor as I did or are they two different clubs/groups?

I think it was originally a Forum which was started for discussions
about TeaPots (what we do here). Problem is (with it) that the Post
size/length is rather restricted, and those Forums don't comply with
the "setup" you select in your options... when you have to "show most
recent post first", it doesn't do that. So, there's very little actual
discussion that takes place there.

Right now, I think it's generally a "list" of TeaPot owners, but not every
one of us, actually joins the Group.

I joined, and would urge any TeaPoter to do likewise !

A Brief Description: I am a fun-loving blonde-blue yorkie. My mom adopted a 2-year 3.13 lb yorkie and gave him to her mom, so she was a little shocked that I didn't stop at the breed standard and just kept on growing. I am full of energy, love to play with my brother dog, Duke (a Schipperkee), and my dad. I am super smart and have been fully potty trained since 5-months. My family is really active, so I have already been camping and snow skiing. My mom refers to YT for all kinds of information, but was pleased to find other owners of "porkie yorkies". Actually, the vet said I am super health, but I like the name. My dad calls me "Gallon" because he thinks I am way past the "teapot" weight requirement.

I would love to be part of your group - please accept my membership
