When do you expect the DNA results to come back on your breeding pair? Because without that, you have nothing with which to make a claim against your breeder. If Minnie is mixed, that does not prove that your Yorkies are mixed. They can always claim that you allowed a second non-Yorkie male to breed with your female. If you don't get your dog's DNA tested, you can forget about a claim against your breeder, no way that would stand up in court.

I agree, the breeding parents of Miss Minnie NEED to be DNA's as well, as the breeder of Miss Minnie may also have been deceived. I have seen many litters of Chi/Yorkie mixes with half the litter looking like Minnie & the other half the litter looking exactly like a purebred yorkie. So without a doubt, Minnies parents NEED to be DNA'd.

Because Jen needs to know that she will cooperate & that the fighting will end. I believe this woman (breeder) has realized there is a problem & will work with Jen.

I think the message is so important because she has said that if the the DNA shows mixed, she's willing to refund some money, she would like all the drama to end, and Jen needs to know that. I'm sure this is stressing her out as well. I think YT can help both of these women.

I tried very hard to walk away from this...very hard. In my nicest voice/tone/syle. This is by far the rudest statement you have made, informing a member that someone else has blocked them on the open board is not only prohibited by the rules its childish.

Your personal relationship with "Jen" is your business, we don't need to know about it. Why would Jen need to have someone read someone's post she has blocked makes 0 sense.

The only reason I am interjecting is because I have made myself MOD FOR THE DAY, just like you often do.

No, Jen doesn't need to know anything until she gets the DNA results back, then she can choose to speak to the breeder if she CHOOSES. The point of blocking another member is so you don't have to see what's posted by said member. For another member to intentionally post what is said is rude and disrespectful.

Egads, Lynzy, Jen stated herself in this thread that she has blocked Cristina until this is over--I'm not revealing any secrets. I just wanted Jen to get Cristina's message. Next time I'll send her a private message. BTW, not that it's anyone's business, but I don't have a "personal relationship" with Jen. I was just trying to be helpful. I'll have to take a look at those forum rules, but I assume you were being humorous when you called yourself "MOD FOR THE DAY," because I've never been one myself. I didn't post any private or personal information, I quoted it directly from the forum--I just added my own commentary, which is also public knowledge. Jen has asked publicly if there have been any changes in what Cristina has said about Minnie. At the risk of getting yelled at again, the answer is "no."
