I agree, the breeding parents of Miss Minnie NEED to be DNA's as well, as the breeder of Miss Minnie may also have been deceived. I have seen many litters of Chi/Yorkie mixes with half the litter looking like Minnie & the other half the litter looking exactly like a purebred yorkie. So without a doubt, Minnies parents NEED to be DNA'd.
