When do you expect the DNA results to come back on your breeding pair? Because without that, you have nothing with which to make a claim against your breeder. If Minnie is mixed,
that does not prove that your Yorkies are mixed. They can always claim that you allowed a second non-Yorkie male to breed with your female. If you don't get your dog's DNA tested, you can forget about a claim against your breeder, no way that would stand up in court.
