I don't know this Misty or anything, but what caught my eye and made stop and think hmm..... Is the fact that you got your first baby at 6 weeks. That would mean your pup came with no vaccines or anything and missed out on 6 additional critical weeks it should have had with its mommy. I am wondering how a great breeder would ever let a pup go that early? Was there a reason you received the pup so young? Sorry I am not trying to be mean or anything but after all the rescues of kittens and now my pup Gizmo who was almost dead when I rescued him, I have to ask myself, what good breeder would ever let the pups go this young ? | |

| Just wanted to come back a few years later and report that both dogs are doing fine. The first one I bought is 6.4 lbs and healthy at 7.5 years old The nearly 4 year old is healthy and happy as well, however, her coloring never changed from her puppy markings and she weighs 13 lbs. I've heard this can happen, but I do wonder if she is mixed with a silky terrier. Either way, I love both of them. Also, the 6.5 year old that I got from a friend of mine is weighing in at 11 lbs, but she is all yorkie, go figure. She's also still meaner than a snake, but sweet when she wants to be. ![]() Also, I haven't seen Misty Irwin's ads in a long time, but then again, I don't plan to buy any more dogs. |
