Thank you! I have a bulky sweater on him and it makes it difficult to reach his stitches, the onsies idea is great though, I wish I had gotten that now, probably more comfortable.
I have a ramp, so Bailey doesn't jump on furniture, he is to little to jump up on the sofa. I am staying home all day with him to make sure he is okay. Can you tell me when normal play can resume? The vet wrote down 10 to 12 days, that seems like a long time!

Tootsie was spayed 6 days ago also had 6 teeth pulled!! Yes the vet sent us home with 8 tablets of pain medication...I think you are right, I think the pain med help to keep her calmed down!!! She hasn't been near as active. Her stitches will disolve on their own so there has been no need to go back to the vet...Thank goodness. We did the baby onesie thing on her as well to keep her from licking the area!!! Also, carried her around everywhere for the first few days!!! Boy is she mikin' it though~now she will sit at our feet and whine to be picked up!!! LOL!!! And, now if she wants up or down from the furniture or bed she stands there and whines~and yes we run to her rescue!!!!! My how they learn so quickly!LOL!!!Good luck with your baby-sounds like he will back to normal in no time!!!Sending our thoughts and prayers your way.

Glad that he's feeling better. I think my collar would have been good for him but I would be afraid after how long the clothes took to get to you! Hot Rod slept and was out of it for about 3 days and then he was pretty much back to his old self. He even jumped on and off the couch! Yikes! We were to told to keep him quiet for 10 days-yeah, right. lol. Hugs to Bailey.
