| Ugh, it's 5:30 am and I'm to worried to sleep! I am soooo tired but I woke up at 4am and find it impossible to get back to sleep, so here I am on YT Bailey gets neutered today, He is 25.5 weeks, I have to bring him to the clinic at 9am. I am a little worried about the procedure, Bailey is tiny, plus he is getting his baby teeth pulled I just don't know what to expect when I pick him up from the vet later this afternoon, I'm praying he will come through it okay. Please keep him in your thoughts, I would appreciate it

| I will keep Bailey in my thoughts. It's hard not worry. Hang in there. I was worried when Tila went in. She did well, she got 4 teeth pulled at the same time. She ate soft food for a few days, it took about four days for her to be more herself, she was quiet and didn't really want to do much. She was a trooper though, and did good. Tila's brother was neutered and he did excellent. I'm not sure if it makes a difference girls and boys, Tila was good like I said, Odie was a little whiney and wanted to be babied ( and he was babied) the day I brought him home from his neutering, he got 6 teeth removed too. By the next day though, he was right back to his spunky self. Last edited by Roxy 87; 10-07-2009 at 02:04 AM. |

| I know it's impossible not to worry about them, but he WILL be fine. Sending prayers to you, and huggins to Bailey. Let us know when he's out of surgery!

| Hey there! I'll definitely be keeping Bailey in my prayers. I know I was a WRECK when Jamie was getting neutered. I held it together while I was handing him off to the staff at the vet's office, but as soon as I closed the door behind me I broke down sobbing so bad that the receptionist came out and checked on me. I was so embarassed but he is my baby and I was so worried. Jamie was 3-4lbs and had to have a ton of retained baby teeth pulled, but he did great. I'm sure Bailey will too! Just try not to worry so much and think of all the cuddle time you'll get this coming week during his recovery.
