Reputable breeders always want to interview the puppy purchaser, they don't want to sell a dog that might not be a suitable match, they are as picky as a rescue is when it comes to placing dogs, and they would never sell to a broker. Commercial breeders, and those who breed for profit will sell to brokers, and just about anyone else with the money, they often "pretend" to be picky, and their breeding dogs are often kept in deplorable conditions.
I so agree! I just went to their website. So many different breeds. Just really sad

i thought this would have been safe the fact that alot of people claim there breeders online and it ends in a scam for cash i guess was dumb thinking this would be a great choice now im sad..ands he coming on the 3rd of september to my local airport i dont know what too do.. they claim to be a good company
they have picture of Miley Cyrus gettting her dog from them and rosy o'donnell..
could this all be a fake scam?
It kind of sounds like a scam to me.. I was looking for a yorkie and this lady had one..She told me to send her money and give her the airport address so she can ship the dog.... Do you have any soild proof that you are getting this puppy?

When I got peanut I had no idea what size he was going to be! I didn't see his parents, I didn't ask how big they were, I didn't care. All I knew is that when I saw him I feel in LOVE with him. I just cared that he was a healthy puppy!! I would love him if he turned out to be 10 lbs!!

If you want a yorkie, you want a yorkie no matter what size your yorkie turns out to be he/she is still a yorkie. No matter what size they are , they are all beautiful!!

I COULDNT agree more... I honestly never even asked or thought to ask, I looked at the mother and the father , and thought they look pretty good!! I am very glad that she is just about 5 pds..

Thank you. I am glad that someone agreed with me I wasn't trying to come off bitchy, as some may think. It's hard to express how you say things on the computer, you know? I am the type of person that says what they mean.

Never chance guessing size. My little Gemma came from a 7 pound Daddy and a 9 pound Mommy. Jemma is 4 pounds yet her littermate sister is 8.5 pounds. Sooooooo

I really hope it all works out. As someone else said, your puppy may be fine. Let's pray for that. Now you know better.

I am actually wondering a bit about my breeder now because everyone says a "reputable" one won't let a puppy go until they are 12 weeks and I got Cooper at 8wks. I went to the breeders home and saw her dogs and everything was VERY clean and the dogs looked great!! She never mentioned the word toy or miniature and none of the parents were very small. I would say all were at least 5lbs. She even suggested I get a bigger one because I also have a 45 lb Beagle.

But...she did let me take him at 8wks, so now I am wondering.

Yup yup what she said. May I add ... NO REPUTABLE breeder will guarantee weight ... period the end. They can guess all the live long day. And can tell you the weights of older/previous litters. I also agree on the 5-6month old idea. I've seen 12 weekers weigh the same and end up at completely different weights as adults. Be careful! Smaller is not better. Look for healthy!!! Good luck on your future princess!

The only thing you can gurantee about this breed is they'll make a liar out of you every time.

The only thing a reputable breeder can guarantee is the health of the puppy, but even that isn't 100%, it's a crap shoot.....What you hope for is a breeder that stands behind her pups and is there for you should you need them.
