yes that what i was told today that she busy because she breeds lamb too but i was so upset with purebredbreeder i paid it no mind so what do you think should i trie to contact her or wait ?

I am sorry I take that Back I found this ... it's horrible .. watch the video on the news about HURLIMAN KENNELS it is indeed a puppy mill and they are regulated by the USDA. I think you just need to use your best judgement .... you can either take a loss of $432 or save a baby from a puppy mill and pray he will be ok.

How did you pay for the dog? It makes me angry that this outfit can keep almost $500.00 and don't have to do anything. I know that there isn't much protection from small breeders, but many states have passed laws to help protect the consumer against commercial breeders. It sounds like they have grossly misrepresented themselves.

Hurliman Kennels sells their puppies for $200-$400 .. I am just so saddened about this.

I think you have a very valid issue. I was once being sold a car, sight unseen, while I was physically at the dealership! They wanted $5k upfront before they would even consider bringing the car over. I know yorkies can't be compared to a car, but the business transaction part of it does.
I understand not wanting to pay for something without having seen it. However, when purchasing online that's the risk you run. They might send pics but it's a gamble. I bought my boy from a YTer so I was more trusting and he was exactly what she showed me in pictures! Your boy might be exactly what they've been telling you he is or he might not. Like I said it's a gamble.

I guess my reply is a bit to late. I'm reading up on their puppy mill situation that others have posted about.

horrible breeder.. tammy where this dogs from..the company states shes is a ware of the reviews and people will make crazy reviews when they want back there money ect...i told her its all cock and bull... they are selling dogs from a dog mill and i found this out thank god from some people on here after the video i just saw about this
horriible hurliman kennals i refuse too take a puppy that might end up dead too
i explain too her my mom has cancer my daughter is going through the worst time in her life at the moment with family member getting ill and losing 3 grandmothers due too illnesses and now my moms battle cancel sence 96 and her cancer has gone to the bones and at the age of 56 shes in a nursing home.. and we are told theres nothing more they can do to trat her illness ... i will not deal with anymore pain at the moment, so i told her too get in contact with mr manners breeder asap or i will and i cancel my card, and ask my bank for a full refund.. i will never ever buy a puppy online again im so sad and i still dont know if im gonna get back my full 1239 or there try to give me back only 739 and take the 500 fee for canceling they have there nerve charging anyone and there running a zoo breeding company it will be helpful if people can give this breeder bad reviews asp tammy hurliman and dwane oklahoma city number 580 6031755

If you paid with a credit card, and their claims were false, (as we know they were) you can call your credit card company and have the charge removed for fraud.

saves you the run around with these people.

For $1200 you could find a LOVELY dog, right in MA, no problems. But as everyone else has said, go and see for yourself.

see the breeders. see the dam and sire. see the pups, hopefully, multiples. I always think the dog picks YOU not the other way around. That is the only way to be sure. Make sure you are getting their papers, a health gaurantee, they are at least 12 weeks old and a full immunization record (by 12 weeks they should be into their vaccinations)

Good luck, and don't give up.

I'm so sorry you are going through all this now, but I have got to say I admire you and your convictions. I try to discourage people from buying mill dogs, and some people say that they want to rescue the puppy, but in reality for every puppy that they rescue, two are replaced, and the parents are living in agony. One of the easiest ways to prevent buying a mill dog is seeing for yourself, how the dogs are raised, if a breeder won't allow you to see the premises, find one who will. I hope you stick around Yorkietalk, your story could really help others who are thinking about buying a dog from a website. I'm praying that God will watch out for you and your family and give you the strength to deal with all of this.

i look at it like this im a christian mybe im saving mr manners from someone having a heart broke over him dieing or being miss handle and whaever dog they have
tomorrow i will be contacting animals society.in Oklahoma to file a report on both the broker and the breeder's and weston county florida and i;ll be the first too make a complaint on them and show them the proof of this company thats in florida working with dog mills...

Limited Registration means you must spay or nueter. If you breed the dog none of the offspring can be registered with AKC. Full registration means you have bought breeding rights along with the puppy.
