| Well, after rescuing Fizz off the street, I thought we were done. Fizz was very very ill and passed only 12 weeks after we got him. It was so sad and I was sure we would waitn awhile for a new furbaby. But through Puppy Pals Rescue. I saw another cutie MAX and appliied to adopt. He is am sweetie, 9 years old, plays like a younger dog, personality plus and gets along with Marvin the Mutt too. Fizz opened the door to a small dog. I loved him dearly and am gratful to the lesson that these small bundles are so wonderful to have around. Max is loved a bunch. Hope I attached pics of Max |

| My little Levi is a rescue. His original owners surrendered him saying that he was too hyper and untrainable and they didn't have the time for him. Apparently he spent the majority of his first two years living in a tiny little crate. Levi will be three in January, and he is honestly the most perfect little puppy for me. I couldn't ask for a better dog. He is playful and active and keeps me laughing all the time. He is my constant little shadow without being overly clingy; he is soooo friendly to every person or animal he meets. We've made huge strides in potty-training and obedience training. I am so proud of my little man! Plus I think he's pretty darn cute. Just look at that little face!

| Scooter is a rescue, he was loaded with fleas when I got him and he had kennel cough, he was so skinny but he is doing great now and Saddie was bought from a private breeder who abused her. She was kept outside for the first 7 months of her life and then I came along. She is really coming along to, last night and this morning she rolled over and let me rub her belly which is a big step for her and shows me that she is starting to trust me. Scooter was 2 months old when I got him and he loved me from the start. He has a great personality but wants to let Saddie know he is the boss so I let them both know that I love them but I lead the pack : ) |

| I have Tommy. He's a rescue. He spent majority of his life in a cage strictly for breeding purposes. I love him alot. I've had him for 6 days so far. We get along great, but I'm trying to remember to be patient. As much as I want him to cuddle under me, or want me around him I am remembering to give him his space. |

| I don't have a rescue/rehomed yorkie, but I'm so touched by all these stories. All I can say is God Bless all of you for opening your hearts and homes and giving these pups a wonderful, love-filled life. |

| My Lilly is a rehome. I got her from a breeder her on YT. She is definitely a momma's girl. She sticks to me like glue. I got her in June and she will be two years old on December 28. |

| All our pups have been rescues. DJ, Harley D at the bridge 1/16 and 1/23 2008. Annie (a GS) 2/27/2008. Zach's owner either went into an assist living/nursing home/died. Family didnot want him so the YTCA rescue fostered him 1/2008 for a couple of weeks then we adopted him. Zeke was found loose in Seminole County FL. Shelter got him, notified the rescue group and we adopted him 2/2008. Palm Bay PD found Zoey wandering aroun 8/2009. Rescued labor day 2009, adopted 10/2009 and the house has not been the same since. I flew up to Columbus OH and back 2/27/10 to adopt Zipp (then Spike). Do a YT search, Dec 09-Mar10 for his story. Bob

| I've got a rescued Chorkie, Cha Cha, that I was going to keep for 10 days, 'till there was a spot in a foster home...Day 9, I couldn't part w/her...She had hair like straw, nails like a ferral cat, not spayed (!), giardia, two retained baby teeth and the rest were gross, and weighed only 3 lbs...Today, her hair is soft and shiny, she's been spayed and had her dental, shots, cleared of giardia, and a nice grooming...She fits into our family, like a glove...btw, she now weighs 4 lbs., and is one fiesty little girl! |

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | It amazes me how so many of us care so much about these little ones, when it seems so many others could care less. What I don't understand is why they have a pet at all?
