She is at least in the significant breed category of Yorkshire Terrier....but, I'll write word for word what it says:

The picture below shows the breeds detected in Kasna. The relative size of the breed image shows the amount of each breed detected in our ananlysis. There are also signals from other breeds which are not strong enough to identify with confidence. How can these faint signals occur? There are two possibilities. First, your dog could have mixed-breed ancestors beyond three generations back. A second reason is that our test may not yet cover one of the breeds in your dog's ancestry.

I agree with the groomer. If you look at my dog now she looks so different than she did at a year old. Amazing how they change.

Percentage wise.....of the breeds it detected, How much Yorkie does she have?? I wish I could see the pic it shows!!! How exciting!!! Am i posting to soon? is there more??

It shows Yorkie in the Significant percentage which means at LEAST 50% Yorkie....but it's got to be more than 50% because it basically says the other breeds aren't strong enough to name either because it was over 3 generations ago or because the breed isn't in there data base. Does that make more sense??????? I can really fax it to you if you want or scan and email it????

You could scan it and attach it to the thread if you want, like a picture attachment.

Oh ya, the groomer said she didn't look like a chihuahua but she did look a little different but hard to tell at this age....

Well, I think you have your answer from both the groomer and MARS. Ksena is just a really poorly bred Yorkie, the result of backyard breeding. She is not alone. Yorkies are a favorite among greeders because of their popularity.

Thank heavens you are smart enough to realize she is not breeding quality and will just keep her as wonderful pet.

I understood what it said but since it said "the picture below" then I desperatly wanted to see it. I think Im a visual learner...LOL. and by the way something i though was funny....my daughter was watching me type this and asked if I was talking to a Yorkie!!! (cause it says YorkieTalk) She is so silly. LMAO!!!

Yeah, she said almost exactly what you said. Trust me, I would never be part of this problem!!!!! Funny thing is the groomer used to groom my cats years and years ago but I switched groomers because she was always booked...she said just to call her and she'll squeeze me in whenever I want now ...she was giving me all kinds of brush and grooming tips....Woohoo!
