Yeah, she said almost exactly what you said. Trust me, I would never be part of this problem!!!!! Funny thing is the groomer used to groom my cats years and years ago but I switched groomers because she was always booked...she said just to call her and she'll squeeze me in whenever I want now
...she was giving me all kinds of brush and grooming tips....Woohoo!
