| The fact that so many people bounce back and fourth between this very subject and the use of he/she everywhere says just about everything that can be said regarding the subject of the mis-representation. |

| It kills me to read that attacks from the Seller also regarding how she thinks she's being abused, neglected, and etc. Teiya has about 2x's AT LEAST more clothes than I do (granted, I'm a guy, but still.) They get fed the absolute best food that we can get our hands on. My wife has and as intimately familiar with more dog grooming combs, brushes, and contraptions than your average female keeps in her aresenal. The dogs have more hygeine products and shampoos, and body sprays, and dental, etc... than we do. She sleeps in our bed, go everywhere with us. Spare me the neglect and abuse, why she has her ears back in the picture outside is beyond me other than it's definitely not due to abuse and neglect. I offer up Emma scritches and all sorts of attention and equal treats to teiya, she just always wants teiyas too and will seriously stop at nothing to get it, she, just doesn't get it. It's sad she's so concerned with hording food, but we have always and still do free feed, it's not like she doesn't have her own or that she goes with out for ANY period of time. It just outrages me to read her ignorant stabs at us and out integirty. The other funny thing is that the dogs actually did goto a spa when we did because we didn't want to leave them home alone because teiya really misses her mommy so we wanted to try to keep her occupied. |

| I think it's a different dog and I also think it's complete crap how the seller sent e-mails/replied on here a few times trying to make the buyer feel sorry for her and trying to make everyone on here feel sorry for her too. Why bring up religion, it bothers me more than anything when someone selling a dog or really anything in general has to bring up that they go to church or believe in God. Oh and another thing, if I were in this situation, I'd do the same thing with the dog when my dog was trying to eat. I would also be highly pissed if the seller had already went and bought another dog. I wouldn't even want to hear any of her ignorant excuses as to why she did this. It would just make me that more determined to get my money back. Hope it turns out in your favor and I'm so sorry.

| Yeah, but you can still see the black on the Yorkies nose in both pictures. In the OP's situation, you can't.

| Hi I don't believe they are the same dog at all. They have different coat textures, different structures & the one you have has hair missing on the top of her nose. If you cannot return her or want to keep her. I would right away start looking for a dog trainer before someone gets seriously hurt. I do believe with lots of work this can be dealt with, but you need a good trainer to help you learn how to control this behavior problem. Good luck. Please keep us informed on how she's doing. |

| ♥ Catherine My Love ♥ Donating Member | That's basically what I was showing - there are differences in how light makes a Yorkie look, but you can still tell it's the same dog.
