| That is really odd -- I would have asked to speak to a manager. I know it wouldn't change what happened, but they really need to train their staff better! |

| I just find it very bizzare that a groomer, any groomer would just take the dog and just wisk it away. I first would have been appalled that anyone would suggest that my baby didn't look perfect. If he were a people haircutter and he didn't like the haircut of your child sitting in your wagon would he just take it upon himself to say something? He sounds very strange. Most professionals don't do anything for free. Why would he just seek out dogs that need "to be cleaned up"? I still would say something to the manager and I would hold on for life next time. Maybe I'm like this because I have 4 human kids and I am used to holding on and I am very protective. COCO PEBBLES |

Senior Yorkie Talker | This just happened today! Well my husband took Kikyo to Petco to get her belly cleaned, private area, legs and her nails filed. After 3 hours got her and they cut her bangs and around her nose. He told her not to touch anything but what I stated above. I am so pissed! I fussed him out and I have been angry ever sense she came home at 5 p.m. today. I'm not sure what to do. Her hair just became long enough to put in a top not. I was heated he left her...I NEVER leave her and I only want them to cut because Kikyo likes to play when I try to do it. It took from July until now to get it that long. Any advice to help me calm down. I know it is just hair but I just don't know what to do.

i know how you feel though! milu's hair on her head got chopped twice, once because i miscommunicated, once because that groomer was psycho. now whenever i go to the groomers, i bring pictures with me to show them how i want milu's hair to look like.
