sorry, not sure what advice to give, maybe take a picture of kikyo now so that in the future when you go to the groomers, you can tell them that you hate that hair style, please don't cut it like that!
i know how you feel though! milu's hair on her head got chopped twice, once because i miscommunicated, once because that groomer was psycho.
now whenever i go to the groomers, i bring pictures with me to show them how i want milu's hair to look like.
