I just find it very bizzare that a groomer, any groomer would just take the dog and just wisk it away. I first would have been appalled that anyone would suggest that my baby didn't look perfect. If he were a people haircutter and he didn't like the haircut of your child sitting in your wagon would he just take it upon himself to say something? He sounds very strange. Most professionals don't do anything for free. Why would he just seek out dogs that need "to be cleaned up"? I still would say something to the manager and I would hold on for life next time. Maybe I'm like this because I have 4 human kids and I am used to holding on and I am very protective.
