| I do have to say, out of the 6 that are still in "the family", the two that had more white when they were born, stayed mostly white, and the other 4 that looked more like yorkies still look like yorkies..My cousin also has one, it never changed either.. |

| I used to get on another pet forum, and a member posted a picture of her yorkie/maltese mix. As a puppy, she looked just like a yorkie, but her hair eventually started to lighten up a lot. As an adult her hair is white and she looks just like a maltese. It was amazing how much her hair changed

| I have a yorkie and a shih tzu/poo. I love my Oliver(shihpoo), but if I had it to do over again, I would definately get a yorkie from a rescue. He is a sweet boy and I love him to pieces, but he's not a yorkie, they have some very distinct traits that I love. Good Luck to you in your search for a playmate.

| Milo is a Yorkie Poo, he is the sweetest, and most well behaved dog I have ever none. I am fortunate that he can come to work with me I manage a retail store and he hangs in my office, he has visitors come to see him all the time, and sometimes with people I know really welll he goes on playdates, I could not ask for a better dog. The one thing you must keep in mind if you want yorkie coloring you must find a pup with similar yorkie puppy color, my sisters yorkie poo is all black where as you can see from my avitar milo has yorkie coloring, also what size was the Poodle, that will determine the full grown size of the pup, Milo is on the samll size he is not quite 7lb. |

| I think Morkies are adorable!the breeds are kinda the same. I dont think you are a BAD breeder because you have a litter of Morkies or whatever the desinger is. Some good Breeders have mixes they just do not tell anyone!!! |

I think they are cute, but then again all puppies are cute. I wouldn't pay the amount of money that people ask for mixed breed dogs though. I honestly feel that they shouldn't be more then $50.. being that they shouldn't be bred to begin with. If she is going to sell you a mix for a really reasonable price then I say go for it, if not then you should just get yourself another yorkie and then you can assure you will have one with yorkie coloring. My sister has a Morkie and she is an awesome dog, she is beautiful but isn't anywhere near the color of a yorkie.... unless you wanted to compare her to a very light colored golden yorkie ♥ of course that would open up a whole new can of worms

| Well, now, my sister was very reputable, and hers were morkies(all)...she never had a puppy left, and she only sold to people she knew or were related(she didn't want any of them being so far from her she couldn't see them)..and she has a degree in psychology..so, there is one reputable breeder..and believe me, she read for years before she actually went in to breeding...she quit breeding after 4 or 5 litters because it tore her up so bad when she had to let them go.. |

| I know quite a few and one belongs to YT and still posts and one does not post anymore,Give you there names no because they do not want anyone to know for they will be bashed just like everything else on here that some of you do not like, you bash and bash and bash. and do not know when to quit. And they have VERY good lines that they are breeding.Every breeder has their own opinions about when to let their pups go it is not just ones opinion! And what they are using for stud etc Last edited by 011011; 01-21-2008 at 07:14 PM. |
