I know, everyone wants to see pictures, I have tried and tried and cannot figure out how to upload my pictures to the computer to post or e-mail them. I admit, I'm a true dummy when it comes to this stuff. What I would do if you are truly interested, serious inquiries only, is do it the old fashioned way and mail you pictures. I can't do this for hundreds of people though, so if you are only curious about their looks, please don't ask.

You cannot stop them, as long as people think rare is a good thing they will never stop. Frankly, I think the beautiful blue and gold yorkshire terrier, the correct breed colors, is the "rarity" these days..

Not gonna lie though I would love to have an all gold and a chocolate myself. I do love my black and tan girlie but the two other colors are so cute. As for this special one here definitely think I would not spend money on one or fall for the "it's a special and rare find".

Sadly, you are right. When you have to search high and low to find a Yorkies that actually fits the breed description. Seems like those that fit the mold of what a Yorkie 'should be' are in the minority these days. That is really unsettling, if you ask me.

You shouldn't have to ask how big it will be or what color it will be or if the ears will stand or worry so much about the physical characteristic of the dog as an adult. Those things should be a given, not a cause of concern because of rampant poor breeding.

I think they bred a Yorkshire Terrier with a Chinese Crested (http://www.ckc.ca/en/Default.aspx?ta...BreedCode=CIC). It has the same hair on the knees and elbows)!

Awww, I want him now. Price is a little steep for a dog that may cost thousands in vet bills. I notice there is no health-guarantee on this baby. That skin is going to need very special care! Poor baby, I wish I could take one. I can't get another dog until next fall. *stomps feet*

I know..it's pretty sad that most yorkies are so out of standard these days. When I do actually see a well-bred yorkie in person, I am just awed by them. You just don't see many of them. I know my next puppy will have to come from a show breeder just so I'll get one that meets the standard... Doesn't seem to be as much of a problem with this in other breeds...take labs for instance..even the badly bred ones still look like labs.
