| Back to day 0 for us. Of course it rained half of the day.... I should have known. She cried at the door 3 times, walked her each time (and gave her a treat for telling me she wanted to go out). She refused to make any of those walks, ran back inside the house from the rain. Finally walked her again and she peed. We were playing, I turn my head, and out of no where she's squatting in the other corner to pee, again! I corrected her and walked her (she did nothing, in fact she looked at me like "seriously, I'm supposed to do what?"). Brought her inside and in to the crate. She cried the entire time. Took her out and shes been asleep most of the time on the couch with me since. Ugh. |

| I am getting ready to start!! One more shot. I have a question about my puppy. I am trying to control their food, so I feed them around 6:30. Our puppy still goes to the bathroom almost every night in the middle of the night. We wake up at 6:00 and have to leave our house by 7:00. First thing is I take him to his pad in the bathroom(we are outside yet!) with his food next to him. He starts to eat a little then goes #2 about half way through eating. Then we are almost ready to go, he has finished eating and I find him going #2 again . Is this normal, to go #2 like 3 times in about a 4 hour time span!? Our older dog sleeps until i make him get up and eat! Does anyone think I should take the puppy out first thing...eat..then again before we leave? HELP!!!

| YT Addict | Pebbles is 12 weeks old and has not made it through one day yet with out an accident . She does ask to go outside when she thinks about it. But when she is playing she will just all of a sudden stop and pee, she forgets herself. But I am still going outside about every 1/2 hour to hour and she goes, so if I am on top of it all the time the majority of the time she goes out. So hopefully she will make sense of it all soon and get it. That would make Mommy very happy. Thanks for listening. |

| Yesterday wasn't bad. We had no accidents outside of the x-pen. So, not bad. At least it was contained. I picked up the poo off of the floor and put it on the pee pad and told her "Good Daisy". She looked at me like I was nuts but she isn't the first! haha! So I guess technically we are back at day 1. |

| I take Zipper out at 6AM and wait outside until he does all hiis business. Zipper eats around 7AM and then about 1/2 needs to poo agai n. He goes again in mid afternoon and he goes again around 11pm. So I guess that is 4 poos a day he is 20 weeks. |

| Layla pooped again in the middle of the night on the floor. She woke me up at midnight to go out (she wouldn't poop or pee outside before bed) but I was so exhausted I just opened the door so she could use her pad. She pooped on the floor again. Maybe it's a good sign, maybe she's saying "Let me out, or else" The good news is she was NOT blocked from the kitchen at all and she didn't poop on the area rug. I've left her free roam of the kitchen today too. I'll check for spots on the rug with my black light after work.

| Thor's Human Donating Member | Yaaaay! Thor was running around my office after hours, and he took the initiative to go on his potty pad. This was a big part of why I decided to train him on pads: I noticed that when he was playing, he would pee anywhere he happened to be when the urge struck him. I assume he didn't want to stop his fun. We are both back from our respective trips, so it's time to continue the count. I think he's over a week now. I'll need to go back and check.

| Way to go Thor! As if we weren't on enough on Day 0, Layla decided to also poop on the area rug while we were at a hockey game tonight. No more kitchen access for her

| Thor's Human Donating Member | Maybe she's trying to get her bad behavior out before she has to be good forever. You know, kind of like stuffing yourself the day before you start a diet.

| What do you do when your dog has no idea what the outdoors is for? My puppy had never been out side until I got her she was 4 months old. She will pee and poo in her crate, we even went to a kitty crate because every one said it must be the size, she still peed! One problem is I am home all day, which you would think is a plus, but I do not put her in her crate enough. Now it is my goal to put her in her crate even though I am home on a schedule so that she can learn what it is for. After she poos in her crate she runs through so much that I have to wash her feet! She does well at night she still poos but goes back to sleep, in the day she is upset if I put her in and there for makes a mess! I take her out side on a regular basis but she could care less about using the potty out there, 5 min after we come in she goes! Any suggestions? |

| We were so close to Day 2!!!! But then last night at about 10, I popped Daisy into her x-pen so I could get ready for bed before we have our cozy time(we snuggle before she goes in her x-pen for the night!) and she pooped on the floor, 3 inches from her pad tray. I think she wandered off. Do your pups wander around while pooping? Like in a circle? But no pee accidents yesterday so I guess that is something! |
