 Help with potty traning
What do you do when your dog has no idea what the outdoors is for? My puppy had never been out side until I got her she was 4 months old. She will pee and poo in her crate, we even went to a kitty crate because every one said it must be the size, she still peed! One problem is I am home all day, which you would think is a plus, but I do not put her in her crate enough. Now it is my goal to put her in her crate even though I am home on a schedule so that she can learn what it is for. After she poos in her crate she runs through so much that I have to wash her feet! She does well at night she still poos but goes back to sleep, in the day she is upset if I put her in and there for makes a mess! I take her out side on a regular basis but she could care less about using the potty out there, 5 min after we come in she goes! Any suggestions? |
