This doesn't look like an accident! She asked if she could breed the father to the daughter back in June. She should of been able to save 100$ since then to spay the dog if that was her plan!

You posted while i was checking her location... her dog is too young and we know what it means... a HUGE possibility of a Csection... If she is having a hard time paying 100 for the spay... imagine 500.00 for a surgery like c-section, well assuming that it cost a fraction of what would cost here. You mentioned that you wish your vet would spay for 100.00? Have you look into the "friends of animals" in your area? The way it works you buy the certificate from them and bring to a provider of your choice. There are many here in my area. You need to call the provider ahead and check for any possible extra expense. Good word to be passed around ! XOXO

| ![]() Wow...interesting stuff. Having your girl spayed and not taking the chance would be the best option for your dog. If you cannot afford to give your dog the medical attention they need, then place them with someone who can. We all get into financial binds from time to time, but it does not justify neglecting to provide for our dogs the medical care they need. You think a spay is 'too expensive?' It's NOTHING compared to the expenses you are about to be faced with if she IS preggers...and that's IF she doesn't experience any complications. Given your past inquiries that others have posted, and your efforts to justify the situation now, it seems as if you have your mind made up in regards to what you plan to do here. Which leaves me wondering...exactly what information are you even looking for? ![]() |

I was just saying I wish the vets around here cost that much. I am in Canada, we don't have any programs. My vet is spaying Lola for 300$

Now, a male can attempt to breed a female and he can hump her while she is stilling down and the male can get an erection but not actually breed the female. You have several options at this point. If she is early in her heat cycle you can keep them separated and don't let them breed and pray he did not breed her already. You can then get her spayed as soon as possible but if she is indeed pregnant then you will be faced with the huge cost of raising a litter and the possibility of birthing problems and possibly defective puppies since it was an inbreeding. If you are not in a position to devote lots of time and money to raising a litter then you should try to get her spay if at all possible. The choice is yours. I do hope everything turns out well for you and your girl.

| ![]() I read some of your earlier posts from this past summer and you have already been given some excellent advice so I really don't know what you are asking here. If you are looking for approval on an open public forum, consisting entirely of dog lovers, it is not likely that you are going to find it. Is this the same dog that has bilateral luxating patellas and hip dysplasia. Is this the same female as the 8 week old puppy that you could not afford to take to the vet. Health problems and no money and now the little girl is bred to her father. The advice you have been given to spay or neuter has obviously fallen on deaf ears, more than likely because you actually wanted to breed this little girl to her father. One of your previous posts hinted that people needed to do this for a living during this bad economy. All the advise you can receive will do nothing, because obviously you can and will in the end, do as you like. I can only hope that your dogs and your puppies, if any, will be ok. |

| ![]() I know you said money is an issue, so it might be worth it to get it done on credit (they have pet credit cards) to prevent any crazy expenses you'll incur if she is pregnant. Sorry you're in such a bad situation. Good luck! They should make doggie pregnancy tests where you just pee on a stick like for humans ![]() |

| ![]() It does seems "convenient." What happens if a dog is imbreed? I'm assuming there will likely be large vet fees because they won't be healthy. I saw on the beginning of this thread that it can be done in certain pedigree's, but chances are this is not one of the cases. ![]() |

| ![]() ![]() Please do not allow your dogs to breed sick puppies!!!! I beg you-please. Who is going to come up with the money to raise those puppies??? Its your responsibility to do the right thing here. Not only is it wrong to breed these dogs, but its really even more wrong being that you cant pay for a simple spay now and who is going to pay for the care of the puppies?!?!?! Heck an x-ray, dew claws, tail dockings, whelping supplies and a vet check costs more than a spay. Whats sad is I read your other posts too and you've already got it in your mind to breed them. ![]() |

| ![]() It is quite possible this was an accident. Just because a person, who is new and interested in learning about breeding, asks a question, that does not necessarily mean they intend to do what they asked about. I am sure she has been on YT long enough to know that you don't intentionally breed a female on her first heat and one with health issues. It takes a lot of guts to come on YT and admit you made a mistake and ask for advise. I just pray that she is able to get help for her silky. |
