her dog is too young and we know what it means... a HUGE possibility of a Csection...
If she is having a hard time paying 100 for the spay... imagine 500.00 for a surgery like c-section, well assuming that it cost a fraction of what would cost here.
You mentioned that you wish your vet would spay for 100.00? Have you look into the "friends of animals" in your area?
The way it works you buy the certificate from them and bring to a provider of your choice.
There are many here in my area.
You need to call the provider ahead and check for any possible extra expense.
