I told her in my e-mail that I would like it sent through money gram in a timely matter just as she received it but she says she wants to send a money order or cashiers check. I would prefer it be sent right away through money gram that way I won't have to contact her anymore kwim? Could you see the pic I posted of the listing.

If you do not respond to my request,you leave me no option than to send it with walmart with the only name that was on the paper which is Myra Zuniga if this is not it,it is your responsibility to get me the address that you would like this deposit sent back to.

I told her to go ahead and send it that way. and this is what I got.
I have requested an address as to where your money is to be sent. If you choose not to give me an address to send it to, than I dont have the ability to send it back to you. The only thing that I want to receive from you is an address nothing more.. this is up to you now.

I told her that she knows she has the ability as stated in her e-mail so it would be better for both of us if she just does it that way. This whole thing would be over. I don't want to sit here and have to contact her when the money order takes long to get here kwim. She has hurt me so bad i no longer want to hear from her or have anything to do with her. do you think I shoud just let he mail it??

I think I would western union, because she may say she sent it and sis not , or many other excuesses that could come up. How mean she is being to you, I feel bad I hope you will get over it and get a nice dog. I even feel bad for this poor yorkie.

You know what Stormy I do not trust you therefore I will not give you my address. You don't need it to send my money through money gram. If you want to subtract the $35 it will cost you to send it you have my permission to do so. If that's what it will cost me to be done with you go for it. I have truly been hurt by you enough already. Send $465 and let this be over I am exhausted and can't deal with this anymore. I am going to bed but hope to be able to pick the money up tomorrow the only e-mail I am wanting from you is to let me know it has been done.

I can't deal with her anymore, I am willing to loose a total of $70 to get this over with. This has hurt me so much, i think I will go lie down because my head feel like it is about to explode. i don't understand how a breeder can be so mean. candy would have had a great home here, tons of love and beyond spoiled. I am going to put her beds and other stuff away as it hurts me just to see them. Thanks for everybody's understanding and maybe when I am ready to go through getting a puppy I will look in Texas as of right now I can't deal with it.

More than likely what she said has actually happened. The dog doesn't like children, gets nervous and snaps. She doesn't want to send her to a home with a child. I know if I were rehoming, I'm not going to just send a dog to an incompatible home (for the rest of her life) just for the money. Granted, she shouldn't have come down on you for contacting the breeder. But if she decides not to rehome for her reasons...that's up to her (unless otherwise stipulated in the original contract between seller and breeder). This is within her rights as breeder or pet owner to decline a sale for said reasons. Best thing would've been was advised. Accept the decline, ask for deposit back.

I'm so sorry this happened to you.

It's possible that she is angry with you because she is doing something illegal. Many times it is right in the contract that if for any reason the buyer can't keep the puppy that it should be returned to the breeder, in which case she wouldn't have wanted the breeder to know that she was selling her puppy.

But that's her fault not yours. Your just the innocent bystander.

She was doing ok the first two visits. The third was when she snapped. She is in heat and the breeder even told me that it is more than likely why she did that if she had NEVER snapped at anybody before. If you read the post I told her 1 and a half months ago that I have kids before the deposit was given. she never mentioned it was an issue. She took her to a big barbecue and what did she expect poor Candy to do. She basically threw her in a room full of strangers/children in a home she didn't know and then was expecting for her not to get nervous?? She said she was traumatized of children which i do not believe because if that was true she would have freaked since the very first visit with the neighbors children but she didn't she did good. the first conversation we had about the barbecue incident she told me 5 kids were there I remember that clearly, next conversation she said 3 I asked her why she said 5 the first time and she denied it like I was dumb and couldn't remember things like that.

Well before she left for that event i asked if she could just send her cargo through Continental since the courier lady that was going to hand deliver her had not been replying to her e-mails. She told me absolutely not that she would not do that no exceptions, her price included shipping which the day before she removed because she said shipping had gone up. She removed a total of $175. When she told me no I asked why if that was the plan to begin with. She said that it wasn't, again does she think I am dumb not to remember? I am not aware of any flight attendant that ever delivered for $175 before shipping prices went up does anybody here? Ok just yesterday we talked on the phone for over 2 hrs. and we were talking about gas prices and all. Well she mentions she called Continental to get prices because somebody was interested in a little biewer she has. Ok what happened to the no exceptions. There are plenty of other reasons why I doubt the reason for not sending her to me are valid. I stuck around in hopes of Candy coming home.

I'm not sure if she has any kids around the dogs prior to talking with you. She may not have known. I'm just giving the benefit of the doubt here. Being around 5 kids all of a sudden can be overwhelming for a dog for sure.

If you feel you've been giving the run around from her on other issues, I would definitely not purchase a dog from her.

There are lots of reliable breeders that won't give you the run around. And probably for much cheaper. Consider yourself lucky, you would have probably had to deal with her for a lot longer in your life. You'll find a beautiful baby, just take your time (easier said than done I know).

But then she says that this male is from a long line of champions. Yes, but the last one was 3 generations ago. Any pups she gets from this male will be 4th generation with no Ch - so kind of unnoteworthy, IMO.

I know your heart is broken and I doubt that there's anything anyone can say right now to make you feel better but I just know that you're going to find the right little "Candy" for your family. Let us know when you're ready to look - we'll help you find a good breeder closer to you.

I have been doing the best that I can to see if candy will come around regarding small children. As I have said before, it is a breeders job to know their animal's and to send them to the right families.
I do not appreciate you threatening me on the phone on 09/19/2008 at 5:35 pm to ruin my reputation of a good and honest breeder and report me to the BBB,when all I have done is to try and be honest with you and work with my dog to try and acclimate her to small children, for which she is still not responding well to and do not know if she ever will. Any breeder can refuse to send their puppy if they do not feel it is in the best interest for their animal. I am not keeping your deposit and offered to send it back way before now. It was your choice to wait and see how Candy reacted. I don't care how many breeders you call,none of them know this animal. I have raised her and I know what she responds to and what she doesn't and I know she is not doing well with small children. Instead of you being grateful that I am being honest with you and offering to send your deposit back and give you another younger and more adaptable puppy or help you find one. This is how you are going to react... by threats!! I have every e-mail that has been sent to you and they all clearly state what I have tried to explain to you. They also say that you were doing this behind your husbands back which happened to be another one of my concerns. Ok go ahead and turn things around Stormy. I did tell you I would let what you did to me be known which I in fact intend to do. You yelled at me for calling the breeder and didn't let me speak. You made me feel like dirt and I don't wish this kind of treatment not even to my worst enemy that's the reason I will tell my story. I did call Stephanie back and she told me I did nothing wrong by calling her she actually said she should have been the first one to call to get an opinion from to begin with. Your words Stormy. your reaction to me calling Stephanie really proves children are not the real issue here. I thought I was doing something good, getting advice from her BREEDER, the woman that knows her personality due to having generations of her family. Why would you get so mad you were the one that told me to get second opinions didn't you??.....Did you call the other breeders? If so what were they able to tell you. Most reputable breeders will tell you that a breeder knows her dogs and places them in homes that best fit their personalities. I know you are upset and I don't blame you.
Again your words Stormy. I didn't go behind your back as you yelled at me. I called you right after I hung up with her to give you the advice she had given me. Call her she will tell you I didn't say a bad thing about anything just asked her for her opinion in return I get yelled at and you didn't even give me a chance to tell you what she thought, shows how much you care. About my husband you waited a bit over a month to tell me this concern to which I replied.....
Stormy you well know that the reason I had kept it from my husband was because of money not because I am unsure how he is going to react. We are both on the same page about getting a puppy but he said we should wait until he was already working right. I also told you that you were welcome to speak to him after I had to tell him because he heard me crying like crazy over this. My husband might come home tomorrow and you are welcome to speak to him if that will help you be more at peace about that issue.

Ok you mention my kids and you not wanting to sell to someone with kids but in fact you took my deposit knowing I had 2 children which you "supposedly" heard screaming in the background. That alone is a lie because if you would have heard them screaming I am sure you would have told me this 1 1/2 months ago. When I told you my children were great with dogs I did not lie Stormy, I don't understand why you bring this up... wait I do, you want to excuse the treatment I was given. Plus your puppy find ad never mentioned no children like other breeders put on there. I never denied having children not once.... That's great that she is social I have two kids, don't worry they grew up with my Chihuahua who just a month ago passed away of old age (13 yrs old) I wrote that to you July 28 so you were well aware that I have children and this is the reply I got.....
Her parents are Ch Gamblin on Destiny and her mom is paris with also a great pedigree. I will send her pedigrees to you. No she is not a shy or nervous little girl. She loves to play,but also loves to be held and cuddled. She is potty pad trained,as I live in Michigan and it is pretty tough to potty train the pups when the snow is still falling till mid spring. I am in no hurry to sell her,as she has taken a piece of my heart that's for sure. She has been loved and spoiled by me and my family and I want her to go to the same kind of home as of which she came. She has never been caged and I do not intend on sending her to anybody that plans on doing so. Like I said she is just a little lover and I will keep her until I feel the right family comes along. What also bothered me which I mentioned to you was shipping. After days of you not being able to get a hold of Michelle I asked you to ship her cargo through Continental because they are safe and climate controlled........... I had taken the shipping ad off of puppyfind the day before you called because Michelle told me that flight's had went up. I told you that when you called.. not after you sent a deposit. Other breeders may be fine with shipping their puppies,but I have had a couple of problems before doing so like I explained to you.. and will not do it again unless they are hand delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Stormy cargo shipping was what was first discussed and like I told you. Her original price was $2800 shipping included, once shipping was taken off her price was $2650. Hand delivered for $175 SURE nobody has ever charged that. I asked and before prices went up it used to be $300 now it's $350. Oh and about the NO EXCEPTIONS part, why would you be calling Continental to see what their shipping prices are so you can ship the male biewer like you mentioned yesterday night??? So I am now sure you just went back on your word and hurt my son and myself ......end of story.

I would appreciate my deposit be sent through Money Gram as soon as possible and would also like the $35 I paid to send it to you refunded too as I am not the one that backed out, you did. You could have sent a postal money order or a cashiers check and because you chose to pay more money to send your deposit I am supposed to reimburse you the $35.00 you chose to pay. You wanted to put a deposit on candy as quick as possible,all I told you was that some people like to send their money through Walmart's money gram so their money gets there quicker. You were the one that had the choice,in fact.. you were going to send the money western union and I just suggested you send it through walmart as I heard they were much cheaper. I do not have time or the energy to play these child like games with you. So I would appreciate you sending me an address of where you want this money to go. I didn't know that by sending her that reply defending myself using her words from e-mails I have was playing child games. Very hurtful woman. Where else besides here and puppy find can I post about this. I don't want her to hurt anybody else.
