| UGH!!!! STILL NO PUPPIES..I am so sorry everyone. I did not mean to get everyones hopes up by making you think it was anyday now... I thought it was and now I feel bad that she is going to carry them through their adulthood.. I called the vet and he basically said the same thing you all are saying....To quit panicking and let nature take it's course.. He said that since we do not know when she got knocked up, and since she is not showing any signs, then there is no reason to intervene....I will tell you that her temp has been below 99 for 13 days now so I am not sticking that thing up her butt anymore.. She hates it and it isn't telling me anything other than she is 2-24 hours away for the last two weeks...She was outside alot with me today while Iwas doing yard work, she is eating fine and acting normal.. I don't anticipate any pups tonight but the longer this drags on for all of you, the larger the gift basket will be for the winner... |

| those of us that missed our first guess have put in new ones...and we just have to wait...that little momma with have those babies when they and she are good and ready....we dont have a choice but to wait....but it sure is fun guessing and waitng ....makes it that much better.....

| Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member  | Well Amanda (and Miss Kallie), since my original whelping day gues has come and gone, and with your most recent post, I will put a new guess...... ........Kallie will become a mother on...........Mother's Day, of course! Gosh, why didn't I think of that before. That's what she's waiting for.  Sunday, starting mid afternoon, into the evening. I'll stay with my guess of 3 pups

| ok so if it is not tonight then it has to be sunday afternoon, say 3:00ish. Which should be about the time that you are so exhausted from waiting that you just want to take a nap.

Maybe she is just a low runner one of mine was about 100 to 99 also nothing wrong with that. Sometimes when they go into labor we have to look at the whole picture not just one thing.(temp,behavior,eating,nesting etc) Those pups will come out eventually. | |
