I would still be taking her temp once in the am and once in the pm.Of course they do not like it I dont know a female who is pregnant with pups that does enjoy her temp being taken.
Maybe she is just a low runner one of mine was about 100 to 99 also nothing wrong with that.
Sometimes when they go into labor we have to look at the whole picture not just one thing.(temp,behavior,eating,nesting etc)
Those pups will come out eventually.
